i agree with quek shio ! not cus i ride a specialized / s-works but also because the knowledge and equipment the company has. being able to make not only bikes but helmets, shoes, saddles and etc to enlighten customers experience requires time, money spent and a lot of data analytics. huge 👍👍 to specialized. amazing video too 🎉

I’m a big fan of Specialized too. They simply make really good components. I have their shoes, helmets, saddles and previously the SL7 and SL8 which I sold. TBH nothing special about the SL8, but hey we live in an era of consumerism and FOMOism.

I was a big fan of specialized. I left the brand because of overwhelming marketing and claims. Another observation of specialized is they always backpedal, from removal of venge to SL 7 "one bike to rule them all" then introduced aethos which is back to conventional specialized design and seatpost. Their S-works helmets and shoes are good but way over priced. There are other equivalent products at more attractive prices.

Really? I thought him as one of the least non-hypocritical rider around. He has the money to spend, wants to enjoy luxury stuff, and doesn’t care to pretend otherwise it. That dude was honestly a breath of fresh air tbh compared to the usual humble brag interviewees; riding a 15k bike but saying that the bike isn’t important because it’s all in the legs.
