It's the perfect shading, the smug look on Dio's face, the posing of the buildings, etc. Alot of things go into making artwork "satisfying" to look at. This one just captures the moment perfectly

Alot of things is different in the manga. Like for example the world tries to karate chop star platinum. In manga the world jump towards the side of star platinum and then tries to chop it but in the anime all the world did is just jump up to avoid the kicks and then chop. Star platinum does a 360 spin in the anime but in manga it didn't.

Damn, I’m pressed how well David productions made the anime flow with all the cuts that araki made. They aren’t big cuts, just small stuff like holding the knife to showing it right in front of Joseph’s neck. Most mangas I’ve read would include the throwing panel too.
