Real question: how is this "ringtone version"? I would've used a piezo beeper sample, or a bitcrushed digital piano one, but this is just a modern digital piano sample, two voices.

I used a "jazz guitar" sample (this is how it's called on the site I used), and I called it "ringtone" because the sound reminded me a lot of old phone's ringtones. It's not the same instrument, of course, but at least to me, it sounded a lot like it. In the end, what we hear differs from person by person. Maybe for me, it's just a nostalgic memory, while you had a different kind of phone with a different kind of ringtone, and that's why this sample doesn't remind you of anything. I hope this clears up your question ^^

@@an_lucky651 Yeah, I just enever heard any phone ring like this. Closest are Samsung flip-phones, and they sounded way more crushed. Just sounds too clean and modern to think of a time before mp3 playback. Too complex for early 2000s and too simple for late 2000s if that makes any sense.

Yeah, I understand. It's correct what you're saying. It isn't a specific ringtone I have in mind it's more like a sensation. It reminds me, sounds similar, gives that feeling. The original idea for this video wasn't to make a ringtone, I was just playing around with beepbox and boom, Jotaro's theme was born XD. Hearing it reminded me a lot of a ringtone, and then I decided to publish it because searching up, there weren't many videos about it
