I've just realized that Poissoniere de Nouvelles is a pendulum because she's a chef, and chefs tend to stay in the kitchen, AKA, the back of the house.

The Nouvelle is also a fairy, so it can be summoned off of a Diviner of the Herald Tribute. At least one copy of this card can probably be played in any ritual deck that runs Diviner because it gets you a reoccurring free body for link plays.

these cards dont break the archetype but they give it a consistant combo going first whitch makes the deck a lot more playable. if you open the spell + the ritual or a ritual spell you can end on 2 quick effect monster tributes, a field wipe that negates all cards on field and a omni negate counter trap all while drawing 3 cards. The deck dies to cards like kaijus and droll really hard but grinds really well and is fun to play

I didn't think a self aware yugiboomer existed, but ok.

Just waiting for the meat guy to get his own pendulum. He also has wings so expect him and a male Patissciel card the following sets

not only that but as all of their effects require you to tribute your opponents attack posistion monster, having that ability to break their defense plays also helps alot

I have been labbing this deck with these new cards and some other spicy tech (e.g. black garden) and the end boards you can pull off are surprisingly good.

Me on my way to make another food archetype based deck (I already got Suship and Madolche)

Kinda hoping that they get one more of each pendulum and a supersized burger.

Patissciel also scales herself when destroyed. Doesn't this equal free scales if you can pop her if you summon Poissoniere and Patissciel from the spell?

Nouvelle geht's a Crossover with a bakery arctype which ist pendulum.

Keep in mind that… the 2nd effect is just.. not once per turn AT ALL… true draco support? Infinite tribute fodder? 👀👀

I count three tributes per turn, after which she's face-up in the ED.

I've been playing these cards. And I have No clue what to do with the Pendulums and "Patissciel Couverture". Like I summoned Patissciel to their field I pop it with baronn, and now I have a scale 1-8. And then do nothing with it the entire game. So I just use Patissciel as just a tribute for "Buerillabaisse de Nouvelles". Or if I know They're on Kash, just leave it.

patissciel is used for the quick spell. You summon the normal pendulum to your field and give them the fusion in attack position. On summon effect of yours to add either the lvl 1 ritual or a recipe. tribute her for the lvl 1 and then use her extra deck effect to chain block your lvl 1. Pen effect to target yourself and tribute the fusion and lvl 1 into the lvl 3 and draw one. She is a sick 1 card starter

@@user-oy5sx9dz9r Yeh, but the pendulum effect summon mechanic is what I'm saying. I know the power of the level 1. but the Fusion one. And that effect, and getting it on your pend zone... isn't very great.

@@TouchingEverything its useless, you just want her on your opponents field in attack so you have a tribute target. That or send her to the grave off of diviner to go synchro 7 + lvl 3 nouvelles into baronne

The 'au' in wakaushi isn't supposed to be pronounced as one.
