Joshua and the Promised Land REANIMATED
Ойын-сауық
It took 15 months and the effort of nearly 400 animators but Joshua and the Promised Land Reanimated is complete! This collab is a fun-loving homage to the original movie by Jim Lion and is our way of showing our appreciation for this cheesy film
Thank you to all of the amazing animators who volunteered their time and talent for this insane project! You can find their names and social media links in this spreadsheet: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...
All proceeds for this video will be donated to the WildCat Ridge Sanctuary, an animal rescue located in Scotts Mills, Oregon: wildcatridgesanctuary.org/
A special thank you to Mike Fuller of CSS Music for allowing us to monetize the video for charity!

Please go support them if you can (their credits are listed in the description) and I also encourage you all to check out WildCat Ridge Sanctuary! All proceeds from this upload will be donated to them. Thanks again Jim Lion for making such a delightfully cheesy film! And in the words of Monkey Moses: "no...NOOOOoooo!"

I love the fact that the angel was portrayed as eldritch horror half the time. And somehow it fit better then the actual angel aspect. Goes well with the chaos that this movie is.

Also how he keeps switching his animal species throughout the video. XD Like, is he another lion? A fox? A cat? A wolf? A mouse? A ferret? XD
This actually was pretty nice. All of the art and animation, either they be meming or giving it their all to make something serious, this was nice. And the abridged version of the plot actually works out to be a better movie overall. I do like how the original script made a point to say "Hey, happily ever after doesn't literally mean all the time, but still, being kind to each other can go a long way." Its actually a really good moral and I'm willing to give the story a thumbs up like this. Just goes to show that while one person making an entire movie single handed is ambitious, everyone coming together to help can make something truly special.
