@@mrmr894 I totally agree with you brother, I was born a muslim but my sect had a lot of misconceptions about things within islam, alhamdulillah after searching for the truth I returned to the original sunni belief which the prophet and the sahaba followed, so surely the journey never ends by reverting, it is a continuous journey to find the truth that we must take as long as we are still breathing. I agree. Revert muslim are awesome, the moment they take shahada, it's a firm decision, they fully acknowledge on why they take the shahada. Some of us (muslim from birth) take shahada for granted. We just consider it as part of our identity.

Satan is the father of lies (John 8.44) - Allah is the greatest of deceivers and encourages lying. Satan has the power of death. (Hebrews 2) - Allah has the power of death. The whole world is under the control of Satan. (1 John 5:19) - Allah is the oppressor & abuser, Allah has power over all things. Satan was the most glorious creature God ever made. (Ezekiel 28:12) - Allah was the most glorious creature. Satan is a fallen angel still capable of impersonating an angel. (Job 1:6, 38:7, 2 Corinthians 11.14) - Angel Jibril always spoke in the name of Allah. Angels are mighty. (1 Kings 19:35, Isaiah 37:36) - Allah is mighty. Satan was called a morning star. (Isaiah 14:12) - Allah was called a morning star, the Lord of Sirius, the mighty star of pagan Arabs and as a brightly shining star. Satan was the model of perfection. (Ezekiel 28:12) - Allah is perfect. Satan is full of wisdom. (Ezekiel 28:12) - Allah is the wise. Satan was perfect in beauty. (Ezekiel 28:12) - Allah is sublime, and the most beautiful names belong to Allah.

Bobby completely contradicts himself multiple times, he says when dieting and exercising he looks for evidence before he follows yet he doesn't do the same with religion but continues to compare the two, I don't follow any religion because I follow what evidence suggests is true, never claiming things to be 100% but always leaning towards the more likely, that being said, im yet to come across any religion that proposes any real evidence that any god exists, ever, not one!!

@@shktxy3 Which is really sad because Islam is simple enough for anyone to pick up the point. He's a smart man but he appears dumb when he is trying to philosophize the basic idea of monotheism. Like does he think Allah is a tyrant, that God can only be a tyrant who you cannot trust and doesn't have humanity's best interest? What is his idea of God? If he's confused, the Qur'an is the only book that goes into great detail of who Allah is so you won't be confused. So as you learn about Him you would naturally invest your trust in him.

I know plenty of people in my personal life who do have a good understanding of Islam and its principles, but they are not Muslim. That's fine. The point I'm making is that he rejects any engagement with the full understanding. The reason I think that matters is that it's a dissonance between his claim to want "truth" but this method of engagement is instead spreading chaos and misunderstanding.

Why he has to die for our sins? Your and mine blood is not sufficient. We are all sinners Only God is holy, so his blood is infinite and sufficient for all mankind to cleanse our sins. Personally, I think he needs time. He's generally careful with his words and points, we don't know the inner battles he's going through in his head. The process and journey towards Islam are different for everyone. We should make dua for him. Insyallah, when the time comes and he accpets Islam, he will become a wonderful muslim. I really like him, I find that he has a brilliant mind, but his face is never happy or look peaceful. Again, Insyallah when he is ready to accept Islam hopefully he will be at peace and gets all the answers on the fitra of us and this world.

Jordan Peterson is one who made me realise that Islam is truth. I've read his both books (12 Rules For Life & Beyond Order). I was an atheist (Astagfirullah), born in Muslim family. It took me 10 years of constant searching to find that There's is no god worthy of worship except Allah and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the servant and Messanger of Allah. May Allah guide him to the truth. "Not upon you, [O Muhammad], is [responsibility for] their guidance, but Allah guides whom He wills. And whatever good you [believers] spend is for yourselves, and you do not spend except seeking the countenance of Allah. And whatever you spend of good - it will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged." Quran 2:272
