Has anybody seen how much weight he’s lost? He looks great, I think it was awesome the way he took accountability for his conditioning and he’s going to have a breakout year

If you had @ $100mm that you could LOSE based on being 30lbs too heavy w. no stamina, you'd work 20hrs./ day to get into shape. $100mm Bc if he fails this year, he's done and won't get a 2nd K from the Birds. (Unfortunately, the stats seem to be stating that he's J.A.G. - Just a guy.) Dude must play w. more PASSION & MEANNESS 2!

What do you think of Davis' impact on stunts and blitz when he needs to open up a gap for another rusher? the tape cut up that go with the commentary are incredible. The production quality you put out is shocking can't wait for you guys to blow up.

I imagine he's not going to be the guy they run stunts with often. My guess is it's more likely to be Milton Williams paired with JC to run those interior stunts I described. I didn't put clips of it on these videos, but they also run a good amount of stunts with the DT and Edge rushers and that means the DT on the stunt will need to play contain. I'd rather Milton be the contain rusher than JD, I imagine the coaches know that too.

Somebody has to say it, he's a genuinely decent human being but as far as footbal goes, it's not his passion. He lacks motivation and pride in his work and I'm beginning to question his heart. I just don't think he has the dog inside him. I think he realized that with the big body and athleticism God has graced him with that he could make a living in the NFL for a few years, and so he treats it just as a 9 to 5 job and not a passion. I hope I'm wrong but I don't thinks so.

@@michaelkerwin4755 I'm glad he is in shape for he owes that to the Eagles organization but you still have to have the passion. If he doesn't have the fight in his heart, nothing else matters. Enjoy the upcoming season.

I can't judge his character as I don't know him but regardless, he has still been a good player. Not everyone is going to have the intensity of an Aaron Donald and that's fine, he has still been mostly effective as a run defender. It appears that he's taken his work up a notch this offseason just based on his weight loss, so I think that helps to answer some of the questions on his motivation and heart.

Remember the player that was selected after Davis was Kyle Hamilton... If Davis is a bust then I'll be pissed because I wanted Hamilton instead

I think that's what people hold against JD. Because he's not Hamilton they label him as a bust (I've seen him compared to Reagor on Twitter). In reality, he has been a solid player that is still developing and we can't write the book on him yet. Barring injury, he'll have a long career and won't be fighting to make a roster at this point like Reagor is.

I understand he doesn't fill out any stat sheets, and he isn't a huge second half contributor, but I know our team is better with big #90. Don't discount the value of playing with a lead.

He looks like he dropped 30 lbs… if they want him to just run stuff he almost looks too light! Hopefully he can do more with better conditioning

I think Milton Williams is gonna have more sacks then Jordan Davis I believe miltion will have BETTWEEN 6- 10 sacks this season he's gonna be our breakout star this season now he's gonna get a lot more playing time with fletch gone Jalen Carter the skies the limit Jordan Davis my only knock on him is his gas peddle he doesn't play 100% on every down but he's in excellent shape so if he wants to be great I believe he can but it's all him if he can play the whole season like he did our. First 8 games last season then we got a pro bowbler maybe all pro but miltion Williams is the guy everyone needs to watch out for

I hope Milton takes that next step! Playing in Fangio's scheme should help him get some easier looks as he uses him on different stunts and twists.
