He’s way too talented not to be at his best. He’s truly a gifted vocalist.

You can tell his voice was a little tired and he STILL gave it 110% that's what makes a legendary performance

Been following you since I was probably 17 and went through a lot of the same life struggles as you, except my shit wasn’t magnified for the world to see and judge me. I had a bunch of attempts at getting sober too, and then had a kid and this time it finally stuck, I have 2 years off any hard drugs this month. Proud to see my favorite singer also doing well after all these years.

I remember listening to dance gavin dance back in my freshman year 09, what a time for music !!!!!

Hope he’s clean now, one of the best vocalists I’ve heard in recent years, really put Slaves on the map for me.

@@amfk8079 AA, BTF, BMTH, MMF, Beartooth, Underoath, and probably 40+ similar artists... all have been using auto tune/backtracking/pre-recorded for a long time. I've seen them all live and some of them sucked, even with those tools. I've seen AA three times now... back in 07, 10 and 16 (I think). They were not good each time. Beartooth was painful to listen to. MMF and BMTH are the only ones who used auto tune, pre recorded tracks, but still sounded good blended with live vocals and instruments.

you didn't read my comment. 15 years ago. Those bands are all new. they didn't do that then. I played with these guys and more 06-09 ohio-michigan scene was poppin. Ithrough shows for lots of these guys and played in helped start the early version of FLW The problem I have is that you can play that well, they just didn't practice and NEED to use backing tracks. there were plenty of bands 30 years ago that were awesome, they were real musicians. Johnny is one of them. The reason there is so much BS music is because backing tracks, auto tune, editing are the normal. No one actually has to play anymore, its a joke.

I saw Slaves like 10 years ago and one of my friends couldn’t make it to the show so Jonny made a personal video of him saying sorry for your loss and not being able to come to the show to send to our friend. He seemed like an awesome guy, only time I ever met him.

I'm so glad to finally be able to be proud of my favourite singer. He looks and sounds so good, his stage presence is godly, what a babe. So fkn proud.

He's such a talent and I always wonder just how far he could have gone without his problems. Hopefully they're behind him now and he keeps moving forward. who knows what the future could hold.

But man I just can’t ignore the last 20 years of him being a piece of shit. Really broke my heart at first but everyone moves on.

theres another video from this venue/appearance, where it shows him doing a two song encore. i think this is the second song of that encore, so the very last song of the night after a full set. might explain why the voice is achy and hes losing breath.

lol at reading these replies. I’ve been supporting this dude as long or longer than any of you dipshits. I’ve been to the shows I’ve bought the merch I’ve listen to the I’ve changed shit since 2011. You guys can be the new suckers but my patience for this shit bag and his antics are done. He repeats the same cycle over and over.
