He was an on screen clown heel, so in a way you would never know his value or how bright he is until he’s gone and get to hear him on his side of things. Same prolly could be say about Michael Cole, all of us feel like he is a loser on screen because he was always bullied around until we got brought up with the fact that he missed less than 4 shows for almost 3 decades with wwe.

@user-yl7mr3ck5lthis doesn’t apply to every American. I had my first drink when I was 17, my last year of highschool. Mainly because my parents don’t drink and were sorta strict with me. But I have friends who drank since they were 12. But there some kids here who won’t have their first drink till they’re in college because of college parties. Here in America, the legal drinking age is 21. There are some good things and some bad things about it. I know in Europe it’s younger and again there are some pros and cons about drinking at a younger age. It’s all about perspective really.

That’s the way every match used to be, from the opening match at a house show to the main event at Mania. There was no rehearsal. Maybe 2-3 spots were identified, but neither guy knew at what point in the match they would come. Everything was on the fly, which is why it looked so fluid and natural when you had two solid workers. Rock and Hogan both came up calling in the ring, so they were able to adjust. It was a big match to have to do that in, but it was nothing either one hadn’t done before.

On Rock changing the match based on the crowd reaction, that's such a lost art, like calling matches on the fly

If there's anyone who could carry a young Cena through a long post drinking binge match, it's sober HBK. The man knows from experience.

coach is a good dude. He dealt with alot of boo's and fans telling him he sucks a ton but always kept it professional. I remember watching ESPN one day and saw him as an analyst. I was like "Dude! thats the Coach from WWE!"

Yeah back then Cena could do that, he was still young(not saying he’s old now) but let him try and drink for 9 days straight and go have a 60 minute match now in his 40’s. 😂

He could prolly still do it and still have a great match. Cuz being older he has more tolerance and is in great shape so he would still be able to put on a great match. Can’t doubt these types of dudes. They are built different. Specially if he’s drinking with stone cold and taker at the times. Lol

Okay so The coach's description of the events that took place on this tour sparked a question in my head that I've had for quite some time... I've heard wrestlers talk about how they do like a week or two in Europe after a big ppv yet this all happens in between a Sunday show and a Monday night raw. How is this possible? How can a 9 day tour be placed in between what seems to be a day or so? Am I dumb or something?

Hell I drank one night for 6 hours straight in college and I was so drunk that the alcohol was coming out the pores of my body, the following morning I had to work the track meet for Xtra credit for class, remind you I'm a student Asst Coach for the basketball team. Yet I reak of alcohol. But to hear of Cena doing this for 9 days, that's rediculous!! I'm wowed by that

One night a friend and I went out for drinks and we drank for , funny enough, 6 hours straight as well. Unfortunately for me, only 1 of us had to go straight to work after that and I’m still surprised how I made it thru a full shift over night. 🤪
