Very old reply, but I've seen him in this one interview and it was like he was half and half. Idk if the interview was around the time of filming or the guy was just having an off day, but like his voice was like this, but his eyes said Frank Castle lmao. It was weird

You know someone is really devoted to their job when they not only perform all of their own stunts but continue to perform a fight scene with a goddamn broken hand. Jon definitlely is The Punisher. He is a phenomenal actor who lives and breathes the characters he plays until he BECOMES them. I saw his potential when he played Shane on The Walking Dead, but seeing him play Frank Castle has given me a new found respect for him as an actor. I hope he continues to have a long and successful career because I’m excited to see any future roles he takes on.

The Punisher is easily the best show on Netflix. Jon Bernthal is also the best Punisher there has ever been! He brings realness to the character and makes you get invested in what's going on in his life. I think the most ironic part of Jon is that I HATED him on The Walking Dead, but I absolutely LOVE him on The Punisher! To me? That's the sign of a GREAT actor! To bring out those extreme emotions in people? That takes talent. CHEERS to you, Mr. Bernthal. You have my respect. :)

Im on episode 5 right now, and in my opinion its going really good. In some scenes I still wish jigsaw had more scars, in others it actually works better looking how he looks, but the actor is pretty good and the storyline interesting. It still is a deep and slow-pasted show, but I think there is a bit more action this season and Im enjoying the slow scenes too. There are a lot, and I mean A LOT of political messages through the season, that will anger both the Social Justice Warriors and the Anti-feminists. I can´t wait to keep watching

First interview of his I've seen. I wasn't expecting his voice to be so light!

That man sure knows how to carry an interview hahaha So trippy binge watching Punisher and then seeing him with so much energy and enthusiasm. A testament to his acting ability.

He got amazing story telling skills. Loved how energetic he was

Jon Bernthal is such a Great Man™! He loves his dad, loves his family, loves his dogs, has a great work ethic, fantastic sense of humor, keen insight, and is so generous with his kindness, energy, and honestly. He's not afraid to show enthusiasm or excitement, and that confidence is so attractive and really puts you at ease. He's played some pretty terrifying people, complicated anti-heros, sleezy broots, but there's always something you just *like* about him, and it's so different than who he actually is (or seems to be, since I don't know him personally and am just going off of the stuff I've seen in interviews/social media/etc.)

What a great guy. So down to earth. So happy he’s getting the recognition he surely deserves. Great actor and story teller. Love you Jon ❤

He is a fantastic actor, all of his work has been amazing.

He's such a happy and cheerful guy. I'm really not used to seeing him like this haha. Excellent actor! Hope he gets more awesome roles in the future. He and Manu Bennett are really my favorite badass actors.

A real shame that this show will inevitably get cancelled... Jon made the Punisher a truly believable character and him (probably) never playing the character again is pretty sad

Ive seen more people say the show will get cancelled but why tho? I mean daredevil got a 3rd season and I dont feel like that show is like way more popular than punisher ( I might be wrong ).

I love how underrated Jon Bernthal is, as an actor. He’s so talented and super humble. I’m a huge fan.

Bernthal is a fantastic actor and a genuine nice dude. He's awesome. I love his humble, friendly demeanor.

God man I love this guy. Amazing actor and just seems like a genuine guy, I love his bloody energy

I love how in the show he sounds very threatening with a deep voice and in real life and sounds like a harmless friendly man :D

Amazing how different he looks, talks and acts while playing the Punisher!! He is such a badass and down to earth guy. The Punisher is AMAZING
