Ololade Ogungbenro is a seasoned banking professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years in HR, business management, branding, communication, and sales in the banking and manufacturing industries. She is managing human capital and systems that effectively link business strategy, people, and organizational performance.
She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM), a certified Global Human Resources Professional (GPHR) from the American Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development UK (CIPD-UK). She has an MBA from the University of Lagos and a first degree in economics from Obafemi Awolowo University.
