Your passion for HR profession brought you here. Very simple. Anyways, if possible please make a video on HR Analytics and related certifications.

Hlo mam Actually I have a query it's necessary purchuing MBA in HRM for became HR because I'm doing post graduation deploma in HRM. Please help me

No Mba is not necessary to start a job in HR. Infact, I've seen so many people on LinkedIn coming from let alone BBA/Bcom but Btech backgrounds who are working in HR now. You just need to get that first HR related job somewhere which is also not that difficult & then climb up the corporate ladder through Job switching and all
What is your opinion on Mba hrd from DSE, DU?

Mam , i have 9 years experience in Retirement benefits now i am planning to do course in HR, Can you please suggest me which course is best. SAP SF, HR analayst.
@thehrdestination

It depends on for what you are trying to do the course, do SAP-SF only if you want to become a SAP consultant, and do analyst course only if you want to become a HR Analyst..
