Awww, two of my faves! I’m retired from a blessed and busy 60 year career as a studio singer and spent six wonderful years singing backup on Dean’s TV show during the golden 60s.Dean was the greatest boss you could imagine, kind, funny, deeply respectful for all of us lucky enough to work with him. He was a consummate pro and I really miss those years. I used to get asked about his “drinking.” Apple juice. Rest In Peace, Boss. You are deeply missed.

Dean is my favorite singer ever. We had his music playing at my wedding and everybody loved it. No chamber music was played. After we were pronounced husband and wife, instead of the traditional walking up the aisle music, we danced up the aisle to "Ain't That A Kick In The Head"! Everybody cheered and clapped. During the reception, we played Dino, Sinatra, Bobby Darin, etc. and we were thanked all evening for not having tasteless music played. We were young too. We've been married for 18 years now. Once a week now, we have a nice sit-down dinner while the above singers serenade us as we decompress.
