The thing with the dogs are absolutely right though. Australia has been separated so long from the rest of the world (animalwise..) that their animals lack natural protection from a lot of things that a dog in La La land can take. It's not that it's Johnny's dogs specifically, it's any animal. If people just stopped for a second and used their gray matter, it's not that strange that they are very protective about their fauna. Come to think of it, Johnny's dogs have probably been exposed to a lot of different chemicals.. which makes it even more important to quarantine them. They might not survive the cold turkey though.

The fight were she severed the tip of his finger wasn't actually about the dogs. Johnny testified in court that Amber found out that Johnny wanted a post nup agreement, & that she wasn't in Johnny's will. She went mad, threw a vodka bottle that just missed his head, & hit the window behind him, then she threw another vodka bottle, & this one smashed against his hand that was resting over the marble kitchen counter, severing his fingertip.
