I got into watching Aaron's smiling face while she was dancing. It's universal, girls love to dance.
Travolta has always struck me as one of the kindest, most respectful stars the last 40 plus years. His life has had so much sadness and anguish, losing his girlfriend, actress Diana Hyland, to cancer in 1977 then losing his son and finally last year losing his wife Kelly Preston, also to cancer. Such pain and anguish I cannot imagine. I don't give a rat's ass about his religion or his sexual preferences. I judge him by the way he conducts himself and how he treats others. For that, he's first rate in my book. And a Jersey boy like me!

Somehow I just crossed this and clicked on it - OMG John Travolta dances exactly like he was in the movie...now that makes me find the old dvd of the movie from bottom of my drawer to watch again. Uma was so young and beautiful then, John was so cool. Time flies.

Travolta has originated four of the most epic genre's of dance in film . Disco in the Saturday Night Fever. Country in Urban Cowboy, 50's rock in Grease, and this epic scene of 60's dancing. There is no other actor who can dance anymore. Now they would be "green screened".

He is excellent, under rated. I think it's trendy by critics to pan him now. Too bad. Did you see him in Gotti? Superb! I read and watch a lot of true crime and have come across the Gotti story many times. Travolta nailed him. So did John's wife as Gotti's wife. User reviews were mixed. But even many of the one's who were not happy with the movie raved about Travolta's performance. The complaint was that this movie was not as good as some other favorite mobster movie, or that it didn't cover some particular aspect of his life. Well, you only have 2 hours (seems shorter) to squeeze in everything? Not going to happen. If you pay attention, there are several places where a few lines cover something in his life. Don't miss it.

Travolta is just a good guy. "Phenomenon" is still one of the best movies ever.
John Travolta, one of my heroes from me seeing him in 1978 when I was 18, Saturday night fever and Grease. Just watching that tells me I have the same respect for that man that I had 44 years ago. In between as well he's made some absolutely awesome movies.
He's just a natural in rhythm ... love him

Gotta say travolta really put together some really fun dance moves from our era growing up and amusingly blended them into one I remember chuckling when I first saw pulp fiction 🤣😜👍hats off to you John for some truly fun moments 😂😂😂😜😜‼️
John Travolta is an amazing guy. We all love him. He's like the guy we all grew up with that "made it" and is still stays the guy we all grew up with.

I bet you're a Catholic though, most people who say that are religious and believe in Judaism and such. Which is extremely ironic since all religions are completely fictionalised and have bullshit beliefs and to put another religion down for it is just ignorant.

John is a fantastic guy. He flew into our airport on Ascension Island a few years ago and we took him to see the nesting turtles. He was so friendly to everyone. No airs or graces, just a normal every day guy. I love him.
