Exactly. In the book the reason he is killed with arrows is because the uruk-hai do not dare to come close to him. Something that I feel the films missed slightly.

Boromir is such an underrated character (not a better sword fighter/ slightly worse) and definitely Boromir is stronger.

Boromir is such an underrated character, even though he is more experienced then Agagon in fighting ( not a better sword fighter/ slightly worse ) and definitely Boromir is stronger.

1:35 Boromir is actually also of Numenorian descent, like all Gondorian noble houses, of wich the stuards are the highest. (In absence of the kings family)
