I started worshiping the Lord. With John Michael Talbot.. after birthing my 2 Son's.. they loved listening to , COME WORSHIP THE LORD .. WHAT A HUMBLE SERVICED . GOD ANSWERS PRAYER'S..

I've been listening to JMT for 4 weeks now, & because of him singing these holy songs, I finally came to grips that I must forgive all who have sinned in the name of the Catholic religion. As I watch John, my heart just melts & the love for Jesus is amplified 10 fold! I returned to my Catholic church & am happier than ever. After receiving Holy Communion, my soul felt like dancing for joy. Finally I am at peace. Thank you Lord for leading me to John Michael Talbot.

I has fallen away but had two little boys that I wanted to be educated in the faith and we were blest to find a wonderful parish that played John Michaels music so much! It touched my heart and brought me home!

I grew up listening to John Michael Talbot. He is, without doubt, the most gifted Catholic musician I have ever heard. I am listening to this now this morning, before I go to work at my new job this afternoon. My Lord God and Creator has blessed me so richly these last few days of my life. Last night, I was the recipient of a major miracle that will enable me to pay two months worth of rent, especially considering I am one month late with rent. Thank you, God! Praise the name of Jesus!!! Have a Blessed Easter everyone! Peace!

I had not heard about him - but our Lord wanted me to share in the extreme joy of His presence and love and peace - so the Lord went to my good friend Fleetwd 1 and inspired him to send me this video. I was in audience one time at a JMT and Terry Talbot and Wendy and Mary concert in Providence RI back in 1982....we did exactly this! It was wonderful!

This is one of my all time favorite songs. When I need to find comfort and peace in the ciaos of my life this is my go to piece of music to calm my soul and focus on my King.

John Michael Talbot -- and this song in particular -- got me through the 90s And every time I played for more than two people, I started with this song

My dad introduced me to Talbot's music. While he says he's Catholic, and there's been controversy over whether they are really Christians due to the Roman Catholic corruption during the Middle Ages; someone who is this buried in Scripture has to know God personally. That's all that truly matters in life.

If you love JMT's music and compositions, listen to the album "Brother to Brother." He and Michael Card collaborated on this collection, and they sing each other's songs (together, with harmonies!) This album is one of my all-time favorites!

I was a DeeJay in New Orleans when I first heard you. I was in seminary. I played the songs you were playing with your brother and the orchestra. I helped a lot of people chill out. Not all the music was Gaither at the Baptist seminary where I went.

We used to start our Mass with this uplifting song - with the sacred dance that John Michael leads us to our worship! Wonderful! We seemed to all join in the Mass with a deeper respect!

Love his music and voice. Years ago I heard him and saw him in Melbourne, Australia. He always draws me deep into the Heart of Jesus my Lord. I too sing and have a CD to give to those I meet, and hopefully help them come into the Lord's Presence like what happened to me. Jesus was not a Jew but many considered him an apostate. He scandalized them because he said he was I AM. He had hundreds of followers but many left him because of what he said in John 6 (start with John 6:66 and then go back and read from v.42)

I was raised Catholic but at 17 started going to a Pentecostal church with my sister. I did enjoy the Old Mission catholic ways- more free spirit like this but we usually went to a local parish which was beautiful but bland mass

How are we to sing praises of the Lord in an alien land? How are we to come and worship the Lord when we are exiled from our own "convento"? In our solitude and alienation, we come to realize that no divide can come between us and the Lord. We come and worship Him in the wilderness of our lives. In my heart's memory, in my solitary path in the world, John Michael Talbot's voice echoes each morning. And as I hum it, I am made aware that I am in communion with the new people of God.
