Intravenous Injection of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) mRNA Vaccine Can Induce Acute Myopericarditis in Mouse Model
academic.oup.com/cid/advance-...
healthfeedback.org/claimrevie...
Leo Nicolai, Cardiology Fellow, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich:
German Centre for Cardiovascular Research
Indeed, there is peer-reviewed work showing in mice that possibly intravenous injection of mRNA vaccine leads to myocardial inflammation.
that intravenous injection of adenoviral vector based vaccine (AZ1222, ChAdOx1) leads to thrombocytopenia and platelet-directed immune responses,
offering a possible explanation for vaccine-induced thrombosis/thrombocytopenia
these data might indicate a simple measure to lower the incidence of vaccine-induced side effects,
There is a lack of data on frequency and effects of IV injection in humans.
Most likely, two approaches are needed to further validate the data:
Large animal studies
Studies comparing incidence of vaccine-associated thrombosis/thrombocytopenia/ myocarditis in countries with mandated syringe aspiration to countries that don’t mandate this practice.
Thrombocytopenia and splenic platelet directed immune responses after intravenous ChAdOx1 nCov-19 administration (29th June 2021)
www.biorxiv.org/content/10.11...
Recently a rare and novel complication of SARS-CoV-2 targeted adenovirus vaccines has emerged: thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS).
we employ in vitro and in vivo models
to characterize the possible mechanisms of this platelet-targeted autoimmunity.
We show that intravenous but not intramuscular injection of ChAdOx1 triggers platelet-adenovirus aggregate formation and platelet activation.
After intravenous injection, these aggregates are phagocytosed by macrophages in the spleen and platelet remnants are found in the spleen.
This is followed by a pronounced B-cell response with the emergence of circulating antibodies binding to platelets.
Our work contributes to the understanding of TTS and highlights accidental intravenous injection as potential mechanism for post-vaccination TTS.
Hence, safe intramuscular injection, with aspiration prior to injection,
could be a potential preventive measure when administering adenovirus-based vaccines.
Helen Petousis-Harris, Associate Professor, University of Auckland:
Vaccinologist and associate professor at the University of Auckland
There are a range of injection techniques for administering vaccines,
Injecting fast and withdrawing the needle
Injecting slowly before withdrawing
Pulling back on the plunger, seeing there is no blood, then injecting. This is called aspiration.
Rationale for aspirating
vaccine could be inadvertently delivered into the blood rather than the muscle tissue.
But as the flashback of blood hardly ever happens, the practice was abandoned by many practitioners.
I have not seen any evidence to support the rejection of this hypothesis at this stage.
The animal model study supports the possibility that inadvertent injection into a blood vessel could result in undesirable reactions.
However, the majority of myocarditis cases are occurring in young males after the second dose, something that this hypothesis does not explain.
My conclusion is that this requires more research and observing the patterns of post-vaccine myocarditis among populations where aspiration is practiced could be helpful.
Common sense in Denmark
en.ssi.dk/news/epi-news/2021/...
COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen
A single 0.5 mL dose of undiluted vaccine is given.
Based on a precautionary principle, we recommend aspiration before injection.

Dear Sir, my husband and I are South Africans who have been living in Thailand for almost two decades. We managed to obtain the government's AZ vaccine and was due for our first vaccine at the beginning of July at a private hospital in Bangkok. I have been following you since the beginning of last year and on the strength of your advice, regarding aspiration of the needle, I requested that they pull back on the syringe. After involving quite a crowd and a translator, a senior nurse finally appeared and informed me that they use "modern techniques" only (by not aspirating). I was insistent and pointed out the recent articles that you used in your discussions. The senior nurse disappeared and returned a bit later to thank me that I informed her of the "new" findings (she showed me another article on her phone that she had found). They aspirated the injection and when I returned three months later for the second vaccine, aspirating the injection was standard procedure for all. Thanks to your unbiased approach to data, I reckon you have kept quite a number of people safe so far. Much gratitude.

Intense exercise damages the vasculature causing inflammation (including the heart). If the injection is intravascular then there's a risk that it aggregates in the bone marrow. There is evidence that when this happens monocytes produced by the bone marrow carry spike proteins to sites of inflammation where they induce further thrombosis. Bone marrow cells can survive for over a year meaning this is how long they can produce cytotoxic spike proteins.

When she aspirated she said there was no blood in the syringe and asked if I saw any blood and if I was happy to proceed (her bedside manner was amazing). Whilst waiting for the initial first few mins after the vaccine, she asked why I wanted it aspirated and I spoke about how the vaccine is for intra-muscular use only and by aspirating the syringe it eliminated the very rare chance of striking a vein or artery in the deltoid muscle. She then said that a team of anesthesiologists had come through and requested aspiration for the very same reason. Waiting for vaccine no.2 and will not get it if my request for aspiration is denied.

Asperating the injection looks like a very simple and brief step, that ensures safer delivery. One of the key principles of the Hippocratic Oath promises "first, do no harm or primum non nocere". Why would any medical practitioner take "any" unnecessary risk of jeopardizing the health and well-being of a fellow human being, especially during a pandemic?

It isn't "forgotten". The policy for deltoid IM injections is to not aspirate, in most cases. I could tell you why if I were a doctor working in that field. I'm a retired computer tech with plenty of time and reading skills so I could try to look up the answer. I have a little medical knowledge and am far smarter than most people. So I won't waste my time. I've been around doctors a lot and respect their competence. For a non-expert to try to second-guess actual experts in their field of expertise is foolishness at best. The tone of how you request that aspiration be used is important. We only have a few indications that accidental intravascular injection may be a contributing factor and mostly because the incidence of such injections is comparable to the incidence of adverse reactions. We can and should certainly ask why not try aspiration in case intravascular injection contributes to the problem, it's another to claim it's the best thing since sliced bread and stop the problem altogether. Overselling your request with unproven declarations is the surest way to generate resistance to your request as we saw with Hydro chloroquine and Ivermectin. You don't want to push an option into public ridicule before it can actually be investigated.

The coach performs a PERFECT intramuscular injection..... aspirated properly. A few days later... this ill advised athlete gets called in for a blood test and a urine sample. Do you think this athlete is testing positive for steroids in his blood and his piss?..... OF COURSE HE IS! The steroids.... injected intramuscularly....are now in the blood.... in the lymph.... passing through the kidneys and the liver.... passing through the heart.... and throughout the ENTIRE system. The athlete is DEFINITELY a failing his blood test...that's for SURE. So please Don't fall for this red herring.... this smoke screen.... to pass the blame for a toxic product.... from the manufacturers ONTO the administrators. The product gets into the blood..... end of story. And it's toxic to the blood.... capillaries and organs. Some people can handle the toxicity.... and some people can't. The fact that you've highlighted this to "Nadeem Zahawi" and no action has been taken, is a lesson to us all. To the general public, one accidental death, is one death too many, but to the Minister for Vaccines, it's not a priority to save that one life, by admitting to the errors. If even 10% of the resources we wasted on this virus were spent on eradicating illegal drugs (open border), gangs and a tougher criminal justice system we’d have saved countless lives. Why can’t mandates be laid out for folks to have cards listing their criminal history so that establishments can decide whom should enter their premises. We could demand all those with gang affiliations be treated as antivaxxers, and the same goes for anyone selling drugs or anyone having a single violent conviction. Wonder how our country would look like then?

My polite request for aspiration was met with refusal so I walked out and went to our city's large vaccination center. I asked to speak with a senior nurse, explained my concerns and she was quite accommodating, although her role was to coordinate the other nurses there she was happy to administer my shot herself - correctly (you would've been proud of her) The following day took my 17yo son there, upon his registration at the center I asked to speak with the same nurse, she asked around and found another experience senior nurse who would comply and directed us to wait outside her booth with instructions to ignore all other staff members (all amid some very disapproving stares from them - I suppose we weren't behaving like the compliant sheep as expected) It all went smoothly and I watched as she correctly and skillfully administered the vaccine. Another example of double standards when it comes to all the relevant topics at hand. On the one hand some things are being approved with the justification of it potentially being a means to help reduce the number of people who are hospitalized, all done so expediently in comparison to any practice ever seen in the field to date. On the other hand, something as "simple" as this (excuse the use of this term) that "could prevent side effects and harm to humans" is being questioned. Dare I say, it is not being implemented expediently as per the same justification used to approve and implement the initial medicines that have not had the years of testing prior to being implemented. As you stated very clearly between the lines "our governing bodies will need to be held responsible for such double standards". Thank you Doctor, my family has learned more from you here via your transparent and very objective videos than what we have learned via our governments in Australia. In the first group of vaccinated people, there were a total of 402 deaths. In the second much larger group with more than three times unvaccinated people, there were just 253 deaths. To get the death rate you divide the number of deaths by the total number of infection cases. That gives a death rate of .86 percent among the vaccinated and .17 percent among the unvaccinated.
