John Bolton on why he now wants to stop Trump at all costs | The InnerView

Former US National Security Adviser John Bolton opens up about his tumultuous term during Donald Trump's tenure as President, leading to a high profile falling out and a tell-all book. From Trump’s jibe that Bolton was hated by everyone in the White House to accusations of him being a pro-war hawk who has admitted to being involved in American-backed coups, Imran Garda gains intriguing insight into a man who makes no apologies for his version of American exceptionalism.

Unlike a lot of hosts who exploit their position to strut their knowledge, Imran does not indulge in long-winded, meandering questions. His questions are short, with just the right amount of context. Neither does he butt into the guest's reply. Well done, and thank you, Imran. I wish other hosts would learn from you.

For a president to be impeached a majority vote is required for it in both houses of parliament. At the time, only one was under Dems majority. So, everyone who understood the system knew the impeachment would not be successful, unless the republicans turned on trump, for which there was no reason. As regards to a book, i'm sure he's made much more money bringing in "freedom" to countries who don't align with "American economic interest" n probably he had nothing better to do after he was fired by Trump, so timed his book writing for the election year, which is when it would have massive impact.

What does it take for anyone who claims to have common sense to realize that Trump's level of achievement surpasses every president since Eisehower? He stopped ISIS, he achieved 6 major peace treaties, he kept us out of war; he did prison reform, he brought our hostages home without giving our enemies one dime; he made our allies finally pay us for our troops stationed in their countries and for not paying their UN dues; he made us energy independent; he brought back our manufactruing jobs, which Obama had said were lost forever; he created the great USMCA TRADE DEAL, which Biden even admitted was a winner; he controlled the border by getting Mexican President Obrador to install 28,000 troops along the border...and, he built 453 miles of border wall and had the backs of every Border Patrol & ICE agent; his actions reduced human trafficking, drug smuggling; he gave our police what they needed to do their jobs; he gave every Governor what they needed to deal with the Chinese virus; he helped farmers, coal miners, first responders, etc No president ever did as much in just 4 short years. You're angry, Isaac? Blame somebody else; Biden & his pathetic administration have opened the borders & let in more criminals than anyone can count, along with stopping the drilling of our oil, which has made gas prices so high; the terrible inflation we have is due to the idiotic polices of the Leftists. Trump also created enterprise zones, which help to further develop minority businesses. Jesse Jackson once said, "Trump is the best friend of the black community.: He got that right. Trump is a very complex leader with character. He has tremendous thought processes, superior to nearly every president who has served. He and Eisenhower are the finest leaders we have had, since Theodore Roosevelt. Trump would have never turned over Eastern Europe to the Communist Russians as FDR & Truman did. Nor would he have started 3 wars like the Bushes and the 4th by LBJ. Trump kept his promises; the last Democrat to do so was Grover Cleveland, in the 19th century, though JFK did a great deal of good, despite the infamous Bay of Pigs. Carter, Obama, Biden...three of the worst in our entire history as a nation. JK

Don't be too eager to test the capacity of Putin. Bolton seems to have low regard for others, and is actually eager for warlike solutions, though he denies it. He said the Russian military has low capability, and that their nukes are not upgraded. Seems like if Bolton had the power, he would not hesitate to act aggressively on Russia, assuming they couldn't hit back. This could have horrible consequences.
