Just wonderful, so energetic!
Wonderful video and sonic production. The ending sustained chord is perfectly rich and haunting. The post-music “bravo” was charming, as well. What a terrific performance. Thank you.

The game, Civilization 4, uses this music when you hit the modern age. And I always turn up the music. It grows on you.
Rhythmische und wunderschöne Aufführung dieses modernen Meisterwerks mit gut artikulierten doch perfekt vereinigten Tönen aller Instrumente. Die geniale Dirigentin leitet das kompakte und ausgezeichnete Orchester im gut analysierten Tempo und mit perfekt kontrollierter Dynamik. Weit entfernt von wahnsinnig!

The idea of using a dramaturge is good. I suggest they thought this up on their own. Hollywood will steal it shortly - if they haven't already.

Who could like this strange music? Me. Love it. ❤❤❤ I suppose anything from the 19th century will now be okay for the Utrecht Old Music Festival. Later ... keep playing. Astonished that I love this music. Very strange. Karina is going to stretch my boundaries. I like the dramatic presentation - great lighting too. The hall is also being shown in a very dramatic manner by the lighting - it adds to the creation of tension in the music. Good idea.
