Michigan, did not execute or pay attention to details. (8-4 at best) And that's all on the coaching! Same story as the last 3 years. Face it Klatt, Harbough is a flop/bust! It's why he's been run off of every coaching job he's had!

I think people are just overlooking Notre Dame's defense. Which is loaded with 4 stars across the line. Khalid Kareem can easily be put in the same conversation with Clemson's and Alabama's best.

That "I'll find someone better" mindset.

In its last 20 games #NotreDame has defeated an 11-win team, a 10-win Big Ten team, three 9-win teams, two 8-win teams and three 7-win teams. During that same stretch Michigan has beaten exactly ONE team with a winning record .... 7-6 Purdue. ND is 2-0 vs the Big Ten.

Michigan right now is overrated. Only having a win over a winning team with frickin' David Blough and Elijah Sindelar in the past 20 games is unimpressive. No disrespect to those guys, but they're not top competition.

Ever since the loss to Iowa in '16, they've lost to notable opponents like Ohio State (twice), Florida State, Michigan State, Penn State, Wisconsin, etc. If you can't beat top competition, you have no chance.

And Michigan dropped 4 picks in the ND game and still only lost by 7 in a tough road game. It wasn't a home game against Utah State. You can't blame replays or refs for squeaking by a team like Utah State

Michigan looked unprepared

As much as I love the Sooners we were saying the same thing this time last year about our defense when we smashed OH State, look what happened the renainder of the season. I have high hopes, only time will tell.

Agree you have to prove it. But you got to feel good so far. Lincoln Riley is getting things rolling. Keep in mind this is his first full season and offseason as head coach.

People need to relax only a handful of teams could go into Notre Dame at night and win. The season just started let's see what happens before we start dawging Harbaugh out

Just because you have better players doesn’t mean you’ll win. Michigan just wasn’t ready to play that game and their O line is still terrible. For all we know Notre Dame could be overrated too.

SEC are all going to beat each other up. No way there are two teams in the playoffs.

Why aren't we talking about UCF? 14 game win streak (longest in the Nation) including beating the #17, #12 and #7 teams in the Nation. Until they lose, they are the current TRUE National Champion and the current #1 Ranked Team.

Ric H UCF would be middle of the pack in a power five conference, maybe save the ACC. Now Clemson would smack them, but the rest of that conference is the Sun Belt.

I don't know if it ever works out well in the first game starting for a transfer QB on the road. The elephant in the room is that Michigan didn't score an offensive TD until there was 2 minutes left in the game. That's more to do with a great ND defense than a poor Michigan offense. Even a bad offense can score at least one or two TD's in the first half against a mediocre defense. Also, Saban may want to play 2 QB's this year like he switched it up against Georgia and if that's the case why would he give away his strategy or lie? Maybe Klatt never gets grumpy if he gets home from work and immediately his kids are jumping all over him asking if they can go out and get ice cream, I don't know. Klatt would even have time to drive home and cool down too.

Why does no one talk about Wisconsin a team that should have made the playoffs last year possibly the best team in the big ten

Both of those teams struggled against extremely inferior opponents at home. Michigan lost a tough rivalry game, on the road to a team that has a chance to go undefeated and make it to the playoffs. It's obvious to see that MSU and PSU played worse in week 1.

Jordan Byington its the first game of the season. Penn State lost to Pitt and Michigan two years ago and still won the Big 10. Everyone was saying this is Michigans year because Harbaugh "finally has a QB", PSU is a huge question mark, lost a RB, TE, 2 WRs, 2 CBs, multiple LBs, both safeties, i could go on and on. Penn State has excuses for their struggles, they are basically a brand new team besides their QB.

When is skip going to talk about how Jim Harbaugh is still the best coach and he should still be ranked #1.

Dr. Joseph Grant III I didn’t mention titles. I’m talking about the buzz behind them ever since last season. Miami went 10-0 last year because their defense played so well and then they lost 3 straight and didn’t even win the ACC. Michigan hasn’t done anything since harbaugh took over and yet people still think miami and Michigan are elite college football programs

Lol C-USA is a fookin joke. I admit Kelly Bryant played like trash but I don't see him keeping his job, I'm expecting him to lose out to the Freshman Lawrence which will be for the better. Fromm/Fields looked good. Plus both of those teams have proven they can play defense in the past, OU has just had to outscore conference opponents.

Big 10 had eight teams that went to bowl games last year and won seven of those. Best record for conference bowl games last year. I would actually they are underrated.

The line in Vegas was at 20.5 and Oklahoma took out starters at 49-0... they were pretty impressive. I wouldn’t have them ahead of Clemson yet but they did dominate an 11 win team from a year ago

Well FAU was a top 10 offense last year and only got 95 yards in the first half vs the starters. It’s pretty early to say anything, but Oklahoma put up 56 points before FAU even scored once.

How was Oklahoma's win impressive? They played a team that the Texas 5a highschool champs could have beat. Why do top college programs schedule cream puffs? Just so they can have big stats? I'd rather see Oklahoma play Auburn or lsu. I bet they wouldn't look so impressive then.

FAU was ranked #30 in the AP, they were on a 10 game win streak, they had the 9th ranked offense coming out of last season. They are a good team, Oklahoma is just that good.
