I think the fact Joe talks so openly about mental health is so important. It could mean 2 young lads, who don't talk about their feelings and insecurities because it's not "cool", might be watching and look at each other and go "You know what mate, I feel like that sometimes. Can I talk to you about it?" And since they've seen someone they think is cool, and that he doesn't get the piss taken out of him for talking about it, they can start that conversation.

Never have I actively gone out and tried to give Joe Weller a chance and watched him. This podcast single handedly has taught me to not judge, realise that people can change and that Joe genuinely cares about Jack's mental health. The way he was asking him and trying to persuade him to seek out therapy made me quite emotional. It's good and refreshing to see males be OK with their feelings, emotions, depression, anxiety, mental health. Thanks for this episode.

Around the 19:00 mark, tell Joe that the wafflin' audience IS in his main channel. So instead of trying to cater his main channel audience, he can film main channel content however cater it to the wafflin' audience so that he is more comfortable if that makes sense - because the wafflin' audience IS in his main channel as well

Huge respects to Jack for just talking about his OCD. It's a disorder in which most people feel like they have to just deal with it themselves but should definitely be helped with. I'm no expert but i can imagine just talking about these things can help calm it down.

What I've always loved about Joe is how he has openly explained how he feels about uploading/mental health etc in such an elaborate but also an engaging way, like he speaks to his audience about himself but almost invites you to join the conversation somehow. I felt that Jack really resonated with this, like the understanding was so strong that Jack himself could do the same. They both give off that 'I don't mind cause I trust my community' vibe when they do so and its really nice to see. Well done to both of you and keep it up, talking ALWAYS helps!

I'm so happy Joe talked about the caffeine addiction, I was the exact same in 6th form, I hated it so much and was so stressed that I got attached to it, and it's crazy, cos noone thinks it's a problem, so you can have this dependency in front of everyone and they just think it's fine. Thought it was just me, cheers lad.

That was probably the best episode I’ve ever watched. Joe is a proper down to earth lad, I really appreciated his thoughts and opinions on all the topics covered and I genuinely wish him nothing but success, but more importantly I wish inner peace in terms of mental health - same goes for JaackMate. I suffer with health anxiety myself and it was really quite therapeutic listening to you all talk about these issues, it genuinely felt like a therapy session. TOP TOP episode well done lads 👌🏽

I'm so late to watching this but wow jack, your talk of OCD was amazing and as someone who suffers from it, it's so nice seeing a Internet celebrity talk about and you clearly understand it so much. most people see it as the stereotype of being organised or clean but it's so much more than that and you explain it so well. I'm so glad and i can't thank you enough for spreading so much awareness of it! much love
