She does seem to fudge the truth when it comes to herself. I think that, as funny as she is, she’s got very low self esteem.

Roseanne is a wonderful person with a beautifully hilariously crazy personality that she blessed us with. It's truly sad that she was misunderstood, and attacked. Judged guilty by ramped offended gossiping bored people. She should be shining with, ever brighter than most celebrities.

I love Roseanne and her show is one of my all time favorites. I watched the re-launch but when she was forced to leave I stopped. I own the original series and watch it frequently. She is definitely not racist and it’s really sad that people went after her.

Her original show addressed issues that were way before their time, while being about a poor/low-class family ( a fact many never realized) . A comedian who is into politics and tweets about it will eventually say something that everyone can jump on. Not defending the tweet that got her kicked off her own show & network, but so much worse is said by everyday people. The price of being a celebrity! Honestly, I don't want to hear about celebrities ideas on politics, their PC shit, how they view world events or whatnot. They get paid to entertain and that's it. If they wanted to be a political commentator, they should have done that instead of acting, sing, whatever entertainment profession. Oh, and comedians are there to pick on everything and make fun of it, that's why they're so damn funny and that's what they get paid to do. We're not letting them do that by censoring them. This is all just insanity. I feel bad how she was targeted and drug through the mud so publicly, especially by those so close to her they are family and were her TV family. She pretty much gave them all the careers and names they have now by taking a chance on them and having her show. The only one that was respectable was John Goodman, he refused to talk bad about her when this all happened and when he did say something it was sympathetic and trying to explain she meant no harm and what a good person she is. The original Roseanne had so many episodes on TV that had good life lessons and handled difficult subjects like race, homosexuality, etc. These were subjects that no other show would even think of touching at the time, and if they did like The Ellen show, it was protested by many and then canned. Roseanne insisted on having these shoes, often that's what caused the fights in the writers room that we heard about that were spun to make Roseanne sound like an out of control nut. But here it was her fighting to show episodes that would address what's going on in the real world, difficult topics, and would know that families watched the show together so it would kind of be the opening to have that conversation as a family or with your kids. She did more for the good of people and equal rights than any of these SJWs have ever done, and look how quickly they have dismissed everything she's done or say it doesn't matter or count!!!! It's bullshit and insanity.

Ambien is some nasty shit. I was prescribed it and took it ONE time. I lost 3 days. Apparently, I went to work, drove, and everything. I have no memory. My friend told me I pulled over on the first day and made her drive. I continued to shove quesadillas in her face making her eat them. She said I didn’t even look like the same person. I think it’s worse than the Xanax memory gaps.

I’ve had similar experiences on ambien

I'm still team Rosanne! 😇 She had a profound and innovative show in the late 80's the show hit close to home in many ways growing up in a middle class family. Having normal people on the show as well as a vast array of gay, bi and many different races. Her show was amazing period. Never saw the new show The Conor's. I watch reruns. Brings on good nostalgia. Thank you Rosanne! ❤️

It's insulting and that's the perfect experience that SHOULD leave a rotten taste in your mouth on the mindset of the Hollywood elites and the actors urges to always be in good grace. Even if it's a Spirit Cooking Banquet they bring their kids to.

I have had the same Ambien experiences. Took an Ambien one evening, woke up with a bowl of buttered popcorn on my coffee. Old school popcorn. You know the kind that you cook on the stovetop and melt butter. I remember NOTHING. I suffer from insomnia and this only one of the freaky ass shit that has happened to me while on Ambien. Never. Ever. Again. I can totally relate to Roseanne’s situation. It’s been over a year since this incident and I still miss her. I miss the old shows more than anything. The new show is nothing without her.

I ate a whole Turkey/Thanks dinner in 2001 on Ambien. Didn’t remember a second of it. 🤣 Can’t sleep - here’s this totally insane narcotic for light use that may make you absolutely insane.

@Thomas m Nah, I’m far from being a saint and, actually what makes me good is the lack of self pity for myself. I’ve done lots of mistakes and I take responsibility for my own shit. Everything we do has consequences. One cannot go around the globe blaming others for what we say and do 😏. The woman is talented but how come people criticize actors for speaking their minds when it comes to politics but oh! when one speaks in favor of trump and gets consequences out of the sudden she’s “a victim”. Didn’t those victimizing her said actors opinions don’t count? Also a reporter was thrown out by trump in a press conference and no one said he was a victim. Come on

anyone not from the US doesnt understand what this is about? I thought Planet of the apes was about a revolution where the underdogs win from the suppressors. The suppressors in that movie were both black and white. They didnt read the tweet but didnt watch the movie either.

Watching this interview again today and seeing that Joe is going through the same crap is surreal. I wonder if he was ever able to see this shit storm coming his way?

I love you Roseanne! When I was a little girl, my mother left me. Im from a working class family, so I really related to the show and the characters. I would watch and pretend she was my mom. As I grew, I learned what an amazing and beautiful woman she is and loved her even more! Joe is right, shes an easy target, always has been and its really sad how shes been treated by ABC. They fucked with her way back in the day too, so I'm not surprised that they jumped on the opportunity to fire and make an example out of her. The sensitivity of this country is ridiculous! She will come up from this, the Conners won't.
