I come from healthcare and even in 2010 trans did not exist. Body dysmorphic was treated same way as gender dysmorphic and causes were thought to be the same, childhood Sexual Abuse. Fetishes got into positions to get access to their favorite victims, if you look up changes made to DSM5- it was pushed by a user of sex fetish adult fanfiction (under name Jesus) where men wrote about forced castration on children and adults, by children or animals. Those men are dictating treatment plans for true victims because it tickles their sexual fantasies, and they come first.

I had a dude in a dress, with 5 o’clock shadow at 10am try to go into the changing room at the pool when my 2 daughters (12 & 14) and my wife were in there changing. I stopped him at the door and told him, “You’re NOT going in there while my girls are in there.” He of course started saying that he was a woman and that I was being “transphobic” …. Bla, Bla, Bla… I simply told him that I didn’t give a feck how many names he calls me, he’s NOT going in there. So he went to the offices to complain, by that time 3 more moms come over to me and thanked me for stopping him because their girls were in there too. When the pool “monitor” got there, she said that I had to let him in because the pool was “trans inclusive” I told her that I didn’t care if the pool thought it was ok to allow a man to change with my girls, that she had another thing coming. At this point the other mothers chimed in as well, there were about 5 of them there by this time and they told her the same thing. He’s NOT going in there while our daughters are changing. Thankfully she said, “Well, sorry, majority rules.” And she directed the dude to the staff office bathroom so that he could change….of course as he walked away he cursed and swore and called us all names, and one mom told him to go feck himself. So, the point of my story is that all it takes is for one person to stand up and others will join in. There are more of us than there are of they, them, their… DO NOT COMPLY. Be well!!

This is hilarious. Somehow, everyone here cares about women's sports, but couldn't tell me the biological females that beat Riley Gaines. Or they are just horny. The circlejerk is real. She got 5th. Only thing that robbed her was not being genetically superior to 'check notes' other females. But no, if it fits your belief system, why do any real research. Her actual problem is with the NCAA rules not trans people.

The reason Joe Rogan is such an amazing human being is captured so well at the @2:19:42 mark. What he does for Riley right there is what more people need to be doing for each other. He’s offering thoughtful and affectionate supportive compliments, without an ounce of strings attached in any way, to simply attempt to give this young woman a genuine “atta girl.” We underestimate how much of a difference this can make for people. Showing this type of kindness whenever and wherever possible, especially to people who don’t normally receive it, can be incredibly helpful in dealing with the stress and pressure of life. Riley is an incredibly confident and self-assured person. She’s spoken in this interview about the loving and supportive family that she comes from. But to hear it from someone like Joe Rogan…you can just see how she completely allows it to melt into every fibre of her being. How she just allows it to wash over her is wonderful to see. That gigantic sigh and sweet smile on her face says it all. Such a beautiful, honest interaction between two humans. So many of us, myself included, are so used to strings being attached (don’t come from loving/supportive families) that it makes it so difficult to receive genuine compliments, but there are plenty of people who have no problem gifting them to us, and being open to receiving helps them feel like they were part of something awesome too. Next time an “atta girl” comes my way, I’ll attempt to be as receptive and open to receiving it as Riley. In all the chaos, I’ve learned to watch for little moments like this. Glimmers of hope that human beings are GOOD. As per usual, Joe’s out here shining like a MoFo and helping others to fully see their own light, even in the darkest of dark. What an experience it is. ✨

@@capatheist It's not a fantasy. Someone who tells the truth might not ever even live to see their truth accepted, but eventually the truth always prevails. If you want proof, think of it this way: "truth" is just another name for "nature". Nature's laws are immutable. Sure, it takes time for things to be accomplished, for people to suffer the consequences of their actions. But eventually they will. You can't fight nature. You can't fight...gravity.

As a father of a female athlete, I have had to have conversations with my daughter explaining she very well may be faced with hard decisions to make about the sport she loves just after achieving her goals. Its not fair. Being forced to accept clown rules with a smile on your face just to get to pursue your dream.
