Neil’s comment on the educational system failing to inspire kids to want to learn is unbearably true. I only had about 5 teachers that I actually liked learning from. All the others either just gave us homework none of us wanted to do, or didn’t bother making lessons interesting in any meaningful way. Teachers have to have an undying passion for teaching. You have to want to inspire kids to be fascinated by our world and how things work. But most just can’t do that unfortunately. The way Neil talks about science and physics and philosophy with a tone of curiosity goes a long way with keeping one’s attention. If he was my college professor, I could listen to him lecture for hours. Teachers that find information they currently know fascinating helps garner interest in the long term in my eyes.
This episode is like watching both sides of my brain having a conversation instead of demand to be heard glad I found it thank you for the chance to listen.

Here's more laughs and jokes, than I expected :) I literally can't express how I enjoyed.
I love how when Neal starts off their conversation with a bit of a corny/tame joke (nothing wrong with that btw), Theo brings up some similar ones to relate and make him feel comfortable. That was pretty wholesome

I was just speaking on this today. I have finally began to take better care of myself. Have lived most of my life in service to everyone. It wasn't until I was on my death bed that I got to see how much love I had in a community that I nearly killed myself multiple times in service too. And have scars literally from the top of my head down to my feet! Men are trained to war with eachother!
