Joe Cocker is one of the best (if not the best) blue-eyed-soul-brothers of all times! I have never heard anyone else keep up with James Brown the way Joe does. The boy can sang (not sing) but sang!

Eliezer Pennywhistler I can't say Joe was better because only James can do his scream. But Joe Cocker is the only performer that can match James in this soulful delivery (in my opinion). When Joe says "Lawd I'll go crazy" he does it with such "soul" it's hard to deny him is due. I loved this performance and I love Joe Cocker. Best "Blue Eyed Soul" singer of all times! Go Joe!

Truthfully, the original released version by James Brown sucked. This song had to be done at this beat. I think it was an English group who released this song at this upbeat tempo and it was great.
