Si chicas esto es requezon o ricotta en ingles. Alo mejor es conocido en sus partes de Mexico asi. Siendo asi, Jocoque en otras partes, es buttermilk conocido en ingles, si es líquido.

I’m middle eastern and this is almost the same exact way we make our yogurt. We eat it with a lot of things and even make drinks out of it too

How do you store it. I'm the fridge or room temperature??
