That's great guys!I can say you really know what you doing n yet to! for murkomen,you are hitting it right as far as our road maintenance is concerned!Am an expert with specialization on matters road formations n maintenance n I can say the problem is what you observed!leaving our roads till they are in pathetic conditions,n that seem to be a road formation n not maintenance! Finally,we have we have other routine road maintenance technologies that are borrowed from Japan,China etc where some of our youths were trained on!we need to utilize these for routine maintenance especially on areas that faces chronic erosionsn swampy areas,these creates a great opportunity for our youths to get employment n gain a skill or two!Am really ready to train them,though we have a good number of engineers on these,so work with us Hon murkomen,thanks.regards.
