Jiu-Jitsu Submissions | 15 High Percentage Attacks from Mount

Спорт

Here are some of the best, high percentage submissions from the mount. The mount, while a very dominant position, isn't always the easiest to find submissions from against an opponent with solid defense. These attacks start from basic and get progressively more deceptive and tricky, making them very difficult to see coming and defend.

what i really like about theese videos is that u not only show us how to do the submissions but also show us what to do in case they defend against it, and not only 1 or 2 for that but several. awesome teachings!

There are lots of great videos out there with huge detail, 15 mins on just one of these subs, but this type of video has its place too to help you jog your memory and get you thinking faster on the spot of how to chain all these subs that you know together. Few interesting new ones for me in there too. Thanks

I just watched Rodger gracie beat a guy. With the cross choke but if its not working i can try taking the back.

ME again, i really like how your doing multiple attacks for one position, it helps visually so much. I'm still looking for a video about lapel guard or using the lapel to control the opponent if not choke them. if you don't have one, please please make one. as a white belt, i noticed the blue belt and up using this when opponents were blocking certain setups. i am trying to adopt it into my list adaptations. I think its a great tool for any white belt. but it hasn't been taught yet in my class. I hope you don't mind the request.

I always use that triangle finish but one can take it a bit further. From 8:42 move (easier when you switch to belly-up) your body clock-wise arounds the head whilst holding that choke and keeping pressure to prevent him from sliding. It makes it more a neck crank but very effective if your grip is somehow too loose for choking.
