Brown belt at my gym gave me a genius pointer. When you fully commit to the squeeze, breathe in completely, the expansion of your chest eleminates the few square inches of daylight left over from the initial choke position.

MrTruboy Joe Rogan in his prime would kill 90% of the 185 pound guys (which is where he would fight) he was a taekwondo world champion, elite kickboxer, and a black belt in Muay Thai and BJJ.. the only reason we never saw him in UFC is because he stopped doing full combat when he was 21 due to head injuries..

I no man even for one fight the hype behind it would be so huge I bet if he co headlined with one of the champs they could sell out Madison square garden , u could have have cameras filming joe weeks leading up to the fight training an talking to build up the storyline I think a lot of ppl would be down to see that and even tho he's up there in age it's not out of th realm of possibility that he has one really good fight in him if he fully committed to it

Quest4Truth It would be fantastic but he's getting on 50 years old, and already had concerns about brain trauma after being in martial arts for much of his whole life. He has some injuries (shoulder for one) that he's trying to fix with stem cell therapy instead of going under the knife. All that aside, he'd have a really tough time with anyone under a UFC contract, but as a black belt in 3 disciplines 2 BJJ, 1 in T.K.D., he would certainly hold his own and be no laughing matter. Joe is as legit as they come and spends a tremendous amount of time researching how to keep his mind and body in top condition. His muscular build would work against him weight wise. @ 205, you're looking at murderers like DC, Jon Jones, Rumble Johnson, Rampage, Gustafsson, etc. It doesn't get much prettier at 185 either. Of course, he wouldn't be fighting a top 10. It would be sweet just to see him go at it even with someone no one has really heard of. As far as commentators go, I think the UFC really hit the jackpot with him. He has certainly done his homework, not only w/ UFC fighters, but fighters from other disciplines; boxing, kick boxing, other MMA organizations, and his podcast is fantastic. The criticism he gets from people is usually from people looking to get offended or responding out of ignorance. That doesn't mean you can't differ in opinion, but one should have some sound logic to back up their argument. I agree it would definitely be a money maker fight, but at this point, I'm not sure sure the risk/reward is worth it given his financial situation. They'd have to offer some big loot.

+Darn Heathen *rolleyes* "Basically what a lot of fighters were using as steroids" Why do you people even talk? Answer me? WHY THE FUCK DO YOU EVEN ANSWER A QUESTION THAT YOU DON'T FUCKING UNDERSTAND??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? WHY THE FUCK??????????????????? TRT is not "basically what a lot of fighters were using as steroids" you fucking dolt. I honestly don't get why you fucks even answer people when you don't know the answer. Why even open your mouth at all? Why? Just why? You don't have to answer but KZread is full of fucks like you answering shit they don't even understand. What the fucking fuck is wrong with you? If aliens came to Earth and the first thing they did was read KZread comments (LMFAO for some strange reason) they would realize we would be an incredibly easy race to conquer because the planet is full of idiots like you. +Paolo Zialcita TRT, or testosterone replacement therapy, is what guys who took steroids for YEARS have to now take. You see, the human body is VERY fucking smart. If we start supplying our body with outside substances our bodies will make adjustments. If a guy takes steroids for years and years eventually our body will stop making testosterone naturally because our body got used to us supplying the testosterone from an outside source. So the human bodies natural testosterone production just shuts down. The problem with this is we need testosterone for ALL KINDS of things like bone density, fat distribution, red blood cell production and the obvious things like muscle mass. Our bodies need some level of testosterone production to main homeostasis. So yeah, guys who juiced for a really long time now have to take TRT for the rest of their lives because their bodies will no longer produce testosterone naturally. It's pretty fucked.

This is one of the most nastiest neck cranks I’ve ever learnt (from this video) and felt in return. You barely go through the motion and you feel like your neck is exposed to being pulled off. You also have a LOT of motion to go through. Absolutely dangerous submission man.

I like how Joe Rogan decided his priority and wanted to keep his mind sharp instead of taking a million kicks to the head. I would love to see him compete in his prime just once though. Even if just to see his fight IQ and his response to the crowd, cage and well versed opponents. He chose his path over fighting though and knew he wanted more than what fighting had to offer for his future. Too many people figure that out to late in life.

Rogan is a beast, teaching the champ a better choke. A few years ago teaching GSP how to do a more powerful kick. Dillashaw kind of funny going on about how he does the move. Rogan taught by perhaps the best MMA BJJ guy period.
