    I started following you when I was new mom a year ago, I have queries on calorie intake for breastfeeding moms coz you know breastfeeding takes a lot of energy and we feel hungry often and end up in more unwanted calorie. I being lean person, lost most of my fat/muscle in breastfeeding journey and everyone started asking why I look so weak .i was so low and started concentrating on diet, taking one step at a time and now I have avoided the junk food intake, looking forward to enrol for a coach sometime ahead.

As a dedicated member of Fittr, I wanted to share some feedback to help Fittr grow more organically: Enhanced Trainer Engagement: Encourage trainers to engage more actively with clients, moving beyond brief 2-3 minute weekly calls to more in-depth interactions. Quality and Empathy in Protocols: Emphasize the importance of following protocols with high quality while deeply empathizing with clients’ needs and challenges. Personalized Support: Trainers should ask clients to share details about their gym spaces and equipment. Request videos demonstrating clients’ exercise routines to ensure proper form and technique. Monitor and guide clients on progressively increasing weights and intensifying workouts over time. Also, trainers should be more receptive of the client's feedback rather than behaving as a "Know it All Baba" kinds

    length around 20-30 min would be ideal. I would also love to know about your injury and rehab, and some sense of what to expect as we advance in the gym. Many people (including family) try to dissuade me from training hard in the gym due to fear of injury. So a couple of episodes dedicated to what sort of mindset we should develop towards it would be really helpful (and please gear that advice for different age brackets, I myself am at your age but only 1-2 years into training).

    Sir agar hmm protein ko exercise k turant baad lete hai to uska kuch portion glycogen ko fill krne m chla jayega. Kya hmm protein se phle kuch le skte hai kya , so that full protein muscle repair m hi Kam aaye . Plz reply.

    As i am doing my weight training.. and i started panner 200g .. with 36g protien and 44g fat.. protien is good i am getting stronger.. i started this its been 4 weeks but i noticed that my belly is also bigger.... What should i do. i started this using fittr diet plan.. so please give me a solution what should i do.. should i start eating low fat paneer??? I am very stressed 😢😢😢

    Sir my mother has arthritis in knees and thyroid. She is 40 years old. And she is obese. So how can i train them (she is facing joint pain). And when i lookup to their total daily calories intake it is not higher side but she is still gaining weight. Is it because of her medicine or disease?So how can i improve her health..

    It would result in loss of lean mass which will result in lowering bmr leading to more fat gain at lesser calories

    1900 calories ? FFMI of 21 ? 5.9 with 68 kg ? Damn. Can't believe this guy exist. Peak efficiency. Only possible by keeping NEAT + stress to low & sleep + protein to high. 💀

    First priority should be food. Whey can be taken if you’re not able to meet your intake from food. 1-2 scoops are okay, anything more indicates that your diet is probably not good
