I am thankful that I had no idea who any of the actors where before that show. It’s ALWAYS better that way.

He never mentioned Hidden Figures. He was so great portraying an uptight and misogynistic NASA aeronautical engineer. Loved him in that movie.

As a nerd and a neuro diverse person i feel that the big bang theory was the first sitcom that didnt make fun of highly-functional neuro diversity but laughted with the nerddom instead of at it. And Jim Parsons was a big part of that.

I didn’t watch Big Bang Theory when it was on but recently started watching it on HBO. I can’t begin to explain my deep love of this show and it’s group of super talented actors.

Same . I don't like the writing if the shhow much . They could have done much better with the characters but the actors were just marvelous. Even if Sheldon was condescending many times him and Amy were my favorite characters andd couple of all time

Same here I saw a few episodes when it was new, skip to 2024 and over the last few weeks I'm on season 7, completely in love with the series. Young Sheldon is next!

I could listen to him talk for hours. There aren't many people I'd be comfortable just "being" around, but his personality inspires you to let your guard down. Safe space energy. A sage soul.

Omg Jim crying is so strange. It's just how we mostly see him as Sheldon. I love him so much. The pain of keeping your sexuality so hidden is awful. I'm glad it's so much more accepted now!

Jim is so contemplative, and articulate. He almost seems to be somber or bearing a sadness that sticks with him. He’s dedicated so much of his life to make us all happier. I have such an incredible respect for him. I’m grateful for everything he’s done

Oh how I miss my Shelly on Thursday. I absolutely adore Jim. He gave me so many laughs. No matter how bad I feel, if I turn on an episode of BBT, I can laugh away and feel better.

he feels like such a cozy person. like other comments have said, i could listen to him speak for hours.. he just feels safe and genuine. I love seeing that he has grown into who he really is and feels comfortable with.

I am a straight woman. Yet I always had a huge crush on him n still have. Because of his sensitivity, his gentleness and his quiet charm. 😊 I wish him a very happy and successful life

As much as I loved BBT, Jim chose the right time to non renew. The writers did an outstanding job in the final season. The last episode was incredible. I had hoped for a reunion holiday special, especially with the hints dropped during Young Sheldon.

He's a gentleman and a talented fellow indeed. His sensitivity sits equally with palpable strength.

I loved getting to see him as “himself”. So many times, I think people associate actors with the roles they play on tv / movies.

I'm very touched and grateful for the level of vulnerability Jim shared in this interview. He is truly an amazing human being ❤️🌈

I clicked because I was feeling bad and I needed some noise to fill in the silence. I ended up listening and crying. He sounds like a very sensitive and thoughtful person.

Jim Parsons had the most awesome facial displays when on the TBBT.... His sense of timing and facials were so on point.... He was pure comedic gold with the awesome cast members... For someone who was cast as socially awkward he sure made that role his own Im watching re runs to view all the episodes i missed....

Many authors explored this theme, and this is a great way to summarise the concept. Tough reality, but that's life. Going through tragedies and hurdles means going also out of the comfort zone that ultimately leads to improvement and new discoveries.

He makes it easy to connect with him and his characters on screen. He has this precious courage someone needs to make a real impact. If I am lucky I will see him on Broadway at least once in my life

I love how mature Jim is and how he takes the time to think and appreciate everything he has done in his career of an actor. He’s honest and kind and I wish a lot more actors were like him.

I follow Jim since 2012, and he's such an amazing person, there should be more people like him. I wish him nothing but greatness in his life

I remember back in high school EVERY lunch we’d go to a friends house and watch the newest episode of BBT and I specifically remember the final episode we were touched by it. Such great memories watching it

Parsons speaks like Sheldon in a sense of academic professor, his word choices, pauses. Ironically, he reminds me of JBP, no offense to both camps. His caring of details would make a great director of future blockbuster classics someday.
