I'm really impressed by how this little kid is so well spoken and articulate at such a young age, he has a sense of himself. I think this is the result of good parenting and attention. One thing that I noticed is that Ian is still earning interview skills and sometimes his timing was off on speaking, but Jim was good about giving him the chance to speak. Many questions were directed to Jim, and he still included Iain in the conversation. That doesnt always happen with young actors. Great interview.

People saying the kid is annoying 😒. He's a child. Children get excited easily! And even more in this kind of situations. He's doing an interview with adults. And tbh, if he didn't intervene, he wouldn't talk since the interviewer is mostly focused on Big Sheldon. I get that he's the original Sheldon and he's mature. But if so, they shouldn't have invited the kid. And saying he's annoying.... He's talkative. And that's good. He doesn't have a lot of experience in this, so with the time he'll know how to control himself. But for the time being, let him be.

Padstar Productions no... He said the name of the shows- he didn't say old/big/normal Sheldon and young Sheldon; he said the name of the shows. Unless Sheldon has changed his name to Big Bang Theory- which I doubt that he did.

It’s remarkable how spontaneous and smart Ian is with his answers, especially when you’re in a room full of adults, any kid would get nervous. And he nd jim are so synchronised with each other! That’s why he’s totally a miniature version of Sheldon through and through

Why call that child if you're going to talk over him and jump to Jim. It's his chance and he is the one acting. Let him get used to interviews since he's gonna be doing that a lot in future. And people calling him annoying should know he is a child, he is young and energetic and really excited. What's wrong with him wanting to talk when it's his show as young Sheldon. I've seen many child actor who are in acting business since such an early age don't tend to have normal lives. Maybe he won't live normal if the show becomes hit and they keep on bringing other seasons. Let him live his life as a child.

Young Leonard probably would be a depressing show as he always just wants his mother's approval while she used him for research. Young howard would be about any tiny nerd in high school who is weirdly confident around girls.
