Damn that's twisted. You guys spent over a year trying to find dirt on biden and all you got was a car payment and lies from a kgb agent (see 1023 form). Meanwhile trump has gone through numerous grand juries (you know those are full of citizens) and you still say that. Hows the cult doing these days? And when will you bring the receipts on all that supposed fraud in 2020?

This is what the Sixth Amendment States. The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you. It has been most visibly tested in a series of cases involving terrorism, but much more often figures in cases that involve (for example) jury selection or the protection of witnesses, including victims of sex crimes as well as witnesses in need of protection from retaliation.

Ours are publicly funded and would be instantly dismissed if found taking such funds. Surely, the actions of those S*r*s funded attorneys going after Trump could be correctly labelled as entirely politically motivated and therefore thrown out. How on earth can a country like the USA which we're constantly being told stands for 'freedom in everything', allow such a travesty in its judicial system?

Nope, the whole world knew nothing real. The Prosecutor and Media parroted the "hush money!" line for a lawful NDA, and did emotional hand-waving to distract from the lack of criminality. *A non-crime of declaring NDA expenses on Corporate taxes was uniliterally declared by the DA to have been a falsely filed campaign expense. * An error in tax filings would have to be investigated by a transparent audit, which wasn't done, to determine if it was an error or malintent. *If it was an error, it would be a civil tax penalty *If it was malintent, it would be a misdemeanor -- and the Statute of Limitations for that charge had expired *The DA then unilaterally declared that the tax filing was fraudulently made to conceal a deeper Felony crime, which would have a different Statute of Limitations. *The DA then floated various theories into the media, based on "campaign interference" or "election fraud" but never brought specific charges against Trump. *The Defense wanted to bring expert testimony against this theory, but was blocked by the Judge from doing so. *The DA neither charged nor proved ANY underlaying Felony crime, but brought three "theories" to the closing argument for the Jury to consider without ever giving the Trump campaign any evidence or time to prepare a rebuttal. *The Judge allowed this, and told the Jury they didn't have to have a unanimous decision, any decision would result in one of the three non-charged Felonies being applied to the 34 Felony counts levied at Trump. *The 34 Felony counts represent every time the NDA was mentioned in a tax filing as a corporate expense, or in an email or phone call. Does line 12a say the NDA was a Corporate expense? FELONY! Does line 54c in the same tax form say the NDA was a Corporate expense? ANOTHER FELONY! *Trump was found guilty of more Felonies than the Zodiac Killer, El Chapo and Al Capone combined. The whole world knows now the US is a failing state with a justice system being used as a weapon by the Democrats against their foes.

Never give your allies a power that you won't be comfortable with your enemies having. Let's switch up the example. Let's posit a deep red county in Southern Texas near the border. An illegal alien comes through the border and kills someone in their home. The family sues Joe Biden and Mayorkas under a Texas law that allows suit against federal officials who breach their oaths to faithfully uphold the laws of the United States. That deep red Texas jury is going to award that family more than that deep blue jury in Connecticut awarded against Alex Jones. Sure, the result of the case will likely be overturned on appeal at some level, in whole or in part, but people will go around saying Joe Biden and Mayorkas are adjudicated murderers and they will spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in defense of the claims all just to get back to the status quo ante.
