Yet one simple sentence from the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, would easily have him arrested immediately. Anyone that lies to Congress can be arrested by the Sargent at Arms. If they don’t turn over subpoenaed documents, they can also be arrested for that. There’s a long list of liars that should already be sitting in jail. That’s not all they’re refusing to hand over to congress. The FBI, DOJ, ATF, and so forth have received numerous subpoenas for records, videos, correspondence, and so forth, and simply ignored them. This is more than just one man dancing around questions. This is an administration actively ignoring (and working against) the other half of our government, who they feel are irrelevant, illegitimate, and “in the way”.

Did the AG just set precedence by saying if you cooperate they wont prosecute.... 🤔

Rules to become a politician- absolutely never answer a direct question with a yes or no and always remember getting elected regardless of what you have to do is number one which gives you power and money -if you can’t do these you probably won’t succeed in politics.

If the court deems him incompetent to stand trial for treason then he's also too incompetent to run for a 2nd term. Bar him from running.

Avoiding answering questions is a standard tactic of a guilty conscience.

Merrick Garland needs to be gone.

If the DOJ isn't cooperating bring him up on charges or limit his responsibility

So Garland said only the stuttering was edited out,how can this be proven if congress can’t listen to the unedited tapes🤷‍♂️because garland has no credibility congress must be given the unedited tapes.
