Wow 1:15:00 onwards is some of the best Cornette content I’ve ever heard. His summary of McMahon’s legacy, McMahon’s rise, wrestling’s fall - all without a single “uh” or “uhm.” This is the content I subscribed and keep coming back for. Kudos to Last for letting Jim speak and not interrupting, too. Takes two to tango and their chemistry is what makes this podcast one of the best when it comes to wrestling.

3:11:00 - 3:24:50 was pure gold! This is why I'm a long, long time member of the Cult Cornette! Harley must have had one hell of a laugh seeing Jim laying defeated on the floor not wanting to watch a F**KING WRESTLING SHOW, even if it were Lou Thez and Frank Gotch in a two out of three match! Spectrum, or as I call "Rectum" is a horrible cable service! What you can do Jim is if your computer has an outlet that reads HDMI you can plug an HDMI wire into the computer and plug the other end to your television so that you can watch whatever you are watching on the computer screen on your big television screen. Then, on your remote click "SOURCE" and select the HDMI that is connected to your computer. It would be HDMI1,2,3, even 4 depending on which one you plug your wire. That's how I do my viewing pleasure and comes out in high def, even great when I am in my SAG-AFTRA meetings on Zoom. I hope that helps you next time when you have another day of running outside in your flip flops after beating the snot out of the merchandise and breaking your baseball bats!

First time in 40 years Vince isn't in control of WWE/F.... but also, first time in damn near 80 years there isn't ANY Vince McMahon (Jr or Sr.) in control of a wrestling promotion.

Brian sure is an astute businessman. He's called this whole thing play for play from the beginning. First he said Vince won't survive these allegations & he did not. Then he said Vince might have a court date in his future & now the feds are investigating Vince.

I am 45 years old with very little set aside for retirement at this point. I have always been curious about the stock market and have witnessed some people who played the game right and retired early because they used the stock market. When I ask them, most said that they invested very little to start with, but their portfolio grew. I do have a significant amount of capital that is required to start up but I have no idea what strategies and direction I need to approach to help me make decent returns

@@verndubin2209 Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a market analyst for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again

Why can't someone just get Jim a big 80 inch roku tv set up his wifi and let him enjoy all the wrestling he wants. My whole theatre room set up was less than a grand, and my 77 year old grandparents have no issues using it. Stacy should know how to do this.

@@kevinkelly1529 I got a 75" TCL on Black Friday last year for 600. My soundbar system was some random Sony one I grabbed for under a hundred. I hung some 50 dollar speakers in the back corners too. Got floor to ceiling curtains on Amazon for less than a hundred, enough to wrap a room. I already had extra furniture and a big old popcorn machine so we turned our spare bedroom into a home theatre. It's not ultra luxurious but it's cute. And very easy to watch wrestling. Especially if I was willing to spend what Jim does. All he needs is Peacock, Bleacher Report and FITE.

3:08:50 - That throat claw finish where Rick Rude (Rick Rood at the time) was spitting up blood traumatizes me to this day. • Thanks for that memory, gentlemen. 😒🥶😱 • I can’t remember if he left Mid South to work for Jim Crockett or Jerry Jarrett after that one, but that match where that happened to Rude genuinely fucked me up.

The only organic chant I remember Vince cutting off was on the early days of Raw where he was pushing Shawn and the crowd started the chants "Shawn is Shit".

Random question but I can’t find any answers anywhere. Any idea why Jim and Brian haven’t talked about Flair’s last match since it was announced? Only thing I could think of is because Conrad Thompson is involved and I’ve read that Brian really doesn’t like him. Idk tho, I appreciate any insight

Jim Cornette being Weasel Doolie is one of the craziest conspiracy "theories" I've heard. Not crazy in its society collapsing implications like most conspiracy "theories", but crazy in sheer improbability. We've seen pictures of the two together! We've got documents of the two in different places at the same time.

I love seeing all of the advertisements for conservative Governor Ron DeSantis on the recent Cornette episodes.
