CNN lied about Saddam Hussien having weapons of mass destruction, even tho the pentagon papers said, "There is no proof of yet that Saddam had WMD's" this was a accusation made by the Bush administration and CNN reported that as fact. CNN also reported on the wikileaks documents, where one of their anchors Chris Cummo openly lied to the public and said, "Only journalist and media outlets are free to view wikileak documents" and he was not held accountable, no push back, nothing, he was just able to LIE without immunity. If Jim Acosta cared for journalist then why is he not defending Julian Assange right now? its not like wikileaks is infowars or something. Wikileaks has a 90% accuracy reporting when it comes to actual journalism. CNN completely lied about Occupy wallstreet movement and said some of the most vicious things about the protesters there to sway public opinion. CNN never ever reports on the many attacks Trump supporters face for literally being Trump supporters and they openly praised a domestic terror group known as Antifa. If you can't think of how dangerous it is that certain corporations like facebook and google can sway undecided voters very easily and effectively, shown by a psychology study, and the founding fathers had something like that in mind so we should just stick to their logic, you have to think about it deeper. Break them up if you don't wanna regulate bias, cause i agree that's a slippery slope could lead to whoever has control determines what is bias, but trumps recent media law would actually kinda work. Open them to being sued for lying, if they can prove it in court with a judge. In order to incentivize more honest reporting, which we all should agree there is an issue with. Look at ship of fools allegory from plato, we need to be a properly informed republic. Statistics also show many people still believe in fake articles because the corrections aren't front page like the headline was. Is the danger starting to make a little sense?

That is sooo true.. Believe me in Germany is wasteland of it.. Mostly bought journalist, who are lamps and followers of the government... No critically voices anymore...You can be proud of the journalist of the post and times, CNN and support them, because they need it…. But they should speak and report more critically about the past. Because of the bad internal politically decisions of the former government (Obama Administration) - a Trump effect was the only possible. Additionally to that the old election system the US is more then embarrassing .
