Not sure if you'll see my comment or not but its worth mentioning. I work from home in my small apartment in the big city and every time you post a video I watch all of them. They help me decompress and make me happy, I sort of pretend I am there doing the same thing. I am extremely happy you get to do this and am a lifetime viewer for sure.

That was nice of you to give the kid that 🤘🤘
I enjoy your videos. I also have to say that small lure is a huge investment in that young man.

That was a pretty cool moment.
Yay! My day just got better with a Bama Saltwater upload! Being stuck at home for such long periods of time really sucks, but your videos always make me feel better.
I always thoroughly enjoy your videos,, But with me being a Native Floridian (Endangered Species 🤪),, The vidoes here are just a bit more special for me. 🐟 ♥️
The Double-Uni knot tip for adding heavy leader was golden . Thank you !

No problem, it's not the thinnest knot but it has always worked for me .
I don’t really catch anything but you inspire me to keep fishing
Always good to watch your adventures thanks bama
Love how informative you are, and how genuine. I appreciate your content, and look forward to many more videos
Some fine "old school" spanish mack action there with white jigs and vintage reel!
Beautiful spot. Plenty of action. Great video. Thanks.
Watching you fish is so relaxing
Just the sound of the Penn 7 series brings back instant memories 👍🏻🇺🇸
Nice trip out. I understand that the spanish are already moving into the NC area. Hopefully, in a few weeks, I'll be able to get out for some saltwater therapy. Many years ago, I took my son to the pier at Carolina Beach when he was about 11. (He's 18 now) We had a blast catching blues until we had our limit, then traded places with a guy no more than 10 feet away who had caught his limit and caught our limit of spanish. My son was tickled to death and hooked on saltwater fishing too. Thanks for taking us along on your trip. Keep the great content coming.
Nice Spanish mackerel I heard that wind it was kicking good video as always man I know a lot of people like them smoked to make dips and stuff but this old Cajun like to fry them filets in that good old zatarains fish fry, tks for the video God bless
We're headed to gulf breeze from Texas in June for 10 days. Bringing my boat. One of the days we are taking a day trip to florabama yacht club via the ICW. Cant wait to throw a line in the same areas youre always fishing. This video has me wanting to head east a bit and fish the Navarre pier for a few hours. Keep em coming brother.
I follow you on all platforms your on. Congratulations on the KZread play button for 100k. You are an inspiration to many brother! Blessings!
The best spot for Spanish mackerel is Dania beach pier on a sunny Sunday 👍

Facts..I fished at Dania Fishing Pier a lot from like 1970 - 1978..I grew up in Hollywood but also went to Middle School in Dania & When I was older,, I would often go to Dania Jai Alai with my family & always had a great time.
Watch your videos all the time was on the pier that day and talked with ya thanks for telling me about that jig after I went and got one I got hooked up
Love seeing you have the old reel that still works!! You did comment to me last summer when i was fishing with a 50"s mitchel!! Some of those are just so tough they never quit working and do it with style!!!
That ole penn is working better than new love it
Damnit Stephen, perfect timing brother. KZread was getting boring, and boom, here's a new post. Thank you!!
Man you slayed the Spanish today. You made it look easy
Thanks for the great content!! It's always great to see it!!!!
I witnessed my first Pier King come over the rail last July on the Gulf Shores Pier. That was so freaking fun to watch, I’ll be back this year trying to land one myself.

They're so cool to see . Being able to catch such a fast and toothy fish from a land based structure is amazing!! Good luck, keep at it!
You deserve 1 millions subs. You make such great content
So glad you had a great day of fishing!!
Looks like a lot of fun wish I was there! Nice catches!
The best video I’ve seen in a while!! Thanks!!
That was awesome of you to share one of your jobs with a fellow angler!
Thanks, that was fun watching you pull those Spanish in one after another! Be down there from MT in a week. Can’t wait!
Thank you for your Service!
We are down from Minnesota and were on Navarre Pier yesterday (28 Mar). Saw only 1 Spanish landed. What a wonderful place!! Thank you for opening our eyes to the wildlife in the area. Think we’ll make another trip to the pier before heading home.
used to catch them on a squid spoon on Clearwater Pier usually in Feb,,, they are delicious . I love your videos Steve keep up the great work
I rarely comment on any video but have to say that you provide excellent information and tips in your posts. Thanks for remembering that not everyone is an expert. Long life and good health to you!
Great video! Brought back memories, I used to live in Navarre back in the mid to late 90’s. It was a sleepy little town then.
Another great pier fising vodeo. You make it look so easy..
I have 2 of those reeks!!! They are timeless!! Beautiful!!
Always enjoyed Navarre Pier, family lives east about 5miles ! Always come North for the Kings 🙂!! True fisherman, Penn reels,Diawa Reels, Star Rods and Ande fishing line!! If I didn't know better, I would think 🤔 you stole my stuff!, LoL 🤣😆 Great video!!
My dad loves those white jigs. He ties on the rigs with 2 a lot of the times when we're fishing trout.
I'm glad I stumbled upon your videos , heading to orange beach for the first time. Thx for the helpful tips that I can use to hopefully catch some fish while I'm down there
you are so fun to watch!!
Another Great Video! Hope we get to watch you clean and cook!
I remember when this pier was made outta wood this is the dopest pier in the gulf Okaloosa ranks close second. Thanks Bama!!!
Great video. Always enjoy when you do something different. Also, entertaining to watch the bystanders staring at the camera. :)
I’m loving this channel! I wish I lived near salt water. Ceviche is always on my mind lol
Hey, great channel. I live in Daphne (originally from the north) and enjoy your stuff. I noticed you go out into the gulf and fish alone with no life jacket. Let me give you an idea from the dog sled pushers: they run a long line behind the sled in case they fall off. Be safe out there. Thanks again!!!!
Glad to see you over in my neck of the woods. I fish Navarre pier every weekend and sometimes during the week. Sorry I missed you out there. Great video. The Spanish been abundant out there this week.
Great video man as always! I know I say it all the time but we all appreciate your videos! Have a blessed day buddy
Lookin like you're the only one catchin fish out there. Need to give them other on lookers some fishin tips!
Thanks for the content Bama, good eating there.🎣
great show, thanks
I’m from Navarre and the one time you’re here I’m working
My hometown pier!!! Great video
Very nice Never caught that many of those fish, but I understand they're really good and you can't cook em wrong. Thanks for the video
So much fun to catch...dont forget yo towels is right😊tight lines
Awesome ! 🎉🎉🎉
Love your Navarre Pier videos. We've been going to the summerwind condos for about 20 years. Back before the crowds and june grass took over! Never knew there were so many spanish mackerel, we will have to try that. Maybe me and my boy will run into you the next time we are down there!
I was there!!! haha im surprised i didn't see you! exciting!!!
New upload! Thanks brotha, we’re all fishing through you lol
I really appreciate the explanation of the gear you use in each type of fishing situation. I don’t recall you ever mentioning the kind of fishing pliers that you use. Everyone could use a good set of pliers. Another great video, keep ‘em coming 👍

They look like they might be Van Staal pliers. Very nice and pretty pricey.

I always have my pair of Van Staal 7" Titanium Pliers on my side. They were a gift and are very sentimental to me, I will keep them forever. My honest opinion, there is absolutely no need to spend a lot of money on pliers. Purchase a nice pair of cutters (I like these: amzn.to/3zjVmDZ_) and then always have a pair of Baker Hookouts (amzn.to/40MURhF) and you can't go wrong.
Great day’s fishing Stephen, looks like you had a lot of fun. Keep the great videos coming mate. Regards from your friend in Australia 🇦🇺, Rob T
Yo thats my hometown boy! Spent a lot of time under that pier, don't let Pete take your bait, couple cool spots around there off the beaten path to fish too!
Really nice videos. Congratulations.🎉
Stephen you know you are going to catch fish when you forget something important. So when are you planning on coming to Port Aransas, Texas to do a video? You let me know I will be there in a heart beat. Oh, great master teach me!
Good job I’ve never caught any of the fish you caught in this video ❤
Of all the gulf coast u tubers I enjoy your content the most.. please continue to minimize shilling products during your presentations .. that’s one of the reasons I watch you….seems most content producers now spend more time shilling products than they spend fishing.. thanks for what you do…
Another good one
Great advice, thanks
Love navarre pier. Used to have a condo there years ago.
U killed it out there Steven , tearing up those Spanish 👍
I’m a huge Penn fan. After watching this I had to go on eBay and find me a 712z. Can’t wait to catch some fish with it. Thanks for the idea and a great video as always!

That's awesome! If you choose to use braid, make sure to underspool it to prevent most wind knots and issues. They're such fun reels to use!
Just subbed! Awesome video!! My brother loves to fish as do I. Watched this now I am craving a pier fishing trip. My brother is in Dothan Alabama~ he fishes every day. God Bless you!
Keep up the good work!
That’s a great day on the pier!!
I have a 704Z Penn. I love that old reel.
What’s up Bama!! I love your videos so much I get so exited when I see that you post a video!! How are you doin’?
Glad to see you over here at the local pier haha!
Great video, I was out there last week, I wish I would have run into you out there, when u started this video, I said he has one of the same set up as I use, I also have a vintage Penn Z12 , I got at a flea market for 20 bucks, and it's in,, mint condition, I found it in Georgia, I love it, it's a beast , I have caught some big fish with it I run 12lb ANDE Tournament yellow line on it ,anyway yes the Spanish were on fire 🔥 out there and I invited some home for dinner,,Thanks for the Great content,,,Stay Safe God Bless 😀🙌,,
great vid.
Great video 👍👍 When you were bringing in that first fish I thought something was wrong with your reel till I saw it😂😂 I still use two Penn 5500ss I've had since the early 90s n they just keep bringing in fish.
Love the videos
Waw ! Good fish thanks
Spanish are pretty good. I smoked a couple and made some dip last year. It was absolutely delicious!
Like the older reel. I started out in the late 60:s with a Mitchell 300.
Bless you buddy
Bubble rig works great with a fast retrieve with mackerel when they're running.
I have a Daiwa 1300c spinning reel that’s around 40 years old and still works like a champ. Has the anti reverse feature too!
The first fish I ever caught on our boat was a 12’ fork length Spanish and it was so fun to pull in
great vlog brother
I was just there Sunday I caught a huge red. It’s up on the Navarre fishing pier newspaper.
Hey bama love your videos. I was at j and m and got some of your surf rigs.
I love fishing the 712 one of my favorites apart from the 706.
i currently run 1 model older than the penn you were using amazing rod
thats a spanish harvest .. nice job sir 👌❤️
The only issue I have with this video is I saw it when I got off work and walking to the car. I knew I wouldn't have enough free time to watch it since daughter had karate practice and I had things to do at home. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost 24 hours to watch it. Nice catches. Love the videos!!!!
Hey, I love it so much keep it up. I just started my own fishing KZread channel in Florida and I was wondering if you have any advice
I was there last week slaying Spanish mackerel :-)
Caught alot of mackeral in the Azores....Used 2 plastic squids rigged above and under to swivel with weight tied to swivel and just cast and retrieve
