I carved a Spanish mackerel out of cypress wood. This video helped me see the colors, so now I can paint him. Thanks for showing the fish . I live too far north in Louisiana to go fishing in the gulf. Love watching you catch and cook.

You can add chopped pickled cauliflower & carrots in the jar for added flavor. This is a delicious & easy recipe without having to smoke the fish.

Very interesting recipe! I would love to do a bled-out bluefish this way. Gotta catch one, now. I’ve poached blues and used them in the same recipe I make tuna salad with. I serve it at parties and folks seem to like the “tuna”… Good vid!

Ya… Don’t forget your seat belt. 99.9999% of the time I wear my seat belt, BUT! It only takes that one time. That 1 time in millions I was CAUGHT not wearing it, glad I did, it reminded me we, as humans are never flawless. Just like you getting caught without wearing your “trip cord,” and pushing a wake in a no wake zone. There is only one who is without guilt, He is Christ the Lord. Loving us He took our guilt to to cross… I love fishing… BUT, I LOVE Jesus MUCH more. You have a wonderful channel, but without Christ in it it would only be another fishing channel. I LOVE You brother! God Bless You!!! ❤️✝️🙏 IJN
