材料:1盒豆腐、50克甜菜脯、6瓣蒜、1把香菜
酱汁:1勺老抽、少许胡椒粉、1勺白糖、3勺正宗老师傅的头抽、100毫升清水
1)热锅热油,小火把菜脯炸至金黄色捞出
2)爆香蒜末,加入调好的酱汁煮至沸腾
3)把豆腐蒸5分钟取出
4)豆腐撒上菜脯,淋上酱汁&香菜,完成❤️

Home-style Steamed tofu with preserved radish done like this 😋 It is tender and smooth, salty and sweet, and delicious, remember to prepare more rice 🍚❤️
Ingredients: 1 box of tofu, 50 grams of preserved radish, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 handful of coriandet
Sauce: 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, a little pepper, 1 spoon of white sugar, 3 spoons of Chin Chong soy sauce, 100 ml of water
1) Heat oil in a hot pan, fry the preserved radish on low heat until golden brown and remove
2) Saute minced garlic until fragrant, add the prepared sauce and cook until boiling
3) Steam the tofu for 5 minutes and take it out

    Hallo Chef, Home taste.. Recioe ringkas tetapi banyak tasty dan harum.. Stock tambahan, port lard dan udang kering tumis dengan minyak babi terus bubuh kicap yg buat dari u.. Two in one.. Asia Chef tidak boleh lawan dng resipe tersebut.. Good job, thank u!
