I remember watching this fight in person at the Forum. Corrales got his ass best and it was unbelievable that he got away with a victory. Everyone was booing and Corrales was smiling and and blowing kisses to the crowd. I wish Lomachenko got to him before Machado did.

Close fight but I had Corrales winning it, albeit just. While he suffered 2 knockdowns, and was rocked on occasion, Corrales controlled most of the action, rocked Castellanos and scored a knockdown himself. Corrales is athletic and fast, BUT...His questionable chin will have him in big trouble against Berchelt. And I will say that headbutt did look questionable too.

It was stopped too early to fully determine a solid winner without any shred of controversy. I actually watched the entire fight, It was very scrappy from the getgo. Full on phonebooth brawl. Castellanos got the best of Corrales earlier in the fight, though Corrales did land some solid punches himself he was dropped twice. Then just when it looked like Castellanos was going to set the tempo and comand the fight, Corrales begins to unleash and connect these thunderous right hands that make Castellanos do a dance before dropping him hard. The fight was stopped at a momment where Corrales really had Castellanos hurt, you could tell Castellanos didn't want to continue and saw the illegal headbutt via Corrales as a way out. His plan backfired on him though, he must have thought he was up and he would win the on the cards. It was was a bad stoppage, and everybody bitching about an illegal headbutt... did you see the way they were fighting? It was a damn phonebooth illegal shit like that is far to common in these types of brawls.
