I would rank this film as his best in overall fight scenes . It is filled with high quality and well choreographed fight scenes from start to finish and they progressively get better as the film goes on until the best fight of all with the General. It’s his best film in my opinion.

Bruce speed and power is much superior to Jet li. His moves is truly different. Jet li moves is like making him look great but you have the feeling that he isn't good enough. Just when you see moder actors like Jean Claude van damne or Scott adkins quality of fights is just the same level compared to Jet li. Prefer Donnie yen and Samo hung's kung fu.

Sound synchronization has improved. If you look at Bruce Lee's films, a lot of the English dub kind of broke the immersion into the films because the sound seemed off from what was trying to be conveyed. I prefer subtitles anyway so I don't mind if shows or movies keep the original language as long as I can see the subtitles to understand what is going on.

SO this is sequel to fearless. That was filmed of course after this. xD but it is the same that died - the master that portrayed by also jet li was poisoned during his last fight - with the samurai ( portrayed much more noble )

Bruce speed and power is much superior to Jet li. His moves is truly different. Jet li moves is like making him look great but you have the feeling that he isn't good enough. Just when you see moder actors like Jean Claude van damne or Scott adkins quality of fights is just the same level compared to Jet li. Prefer Donnie yen and Samo hung's kung fu.

Lol! Indeed, it is by far the most impressive thing about this fight, that Jet Li wasn't sliding off into the distance every time he advanced or moved quickly.

@@jilau7478 Except for the fact that in the movie Fearless, when the character got poisoned, everybody knew it and it was obvious, but in the Fist of Legend, no one really knew and it took Chen Zhen to dig up the grave to find out.

_New Fist of Fury_ is actually a sequel to _Fist of Fury,_ whereas _Fist of Legend_ (from which this video clip comes) is a remake of _Fist of Fury_ and not _New Fist of Fury._

I have this movie with english subtitles and chinese speech and i the "translation" to english speech here is just terrible.
You mean a Karate Master. Huge difference and the guy he’s beating is no master. Great remake of a Bruce Lee film.

Sound synchronization has improved. If you look at Bruce Lee's films, a lot of the English dub kind of broke the immersion into the films because the sound seemed off from what was trying to be conveyed. I prefer subtitles anyway so I don't mind if shows or movies keep the original language as long as I can see the subtitles to understand what is going on.

No dear, jet is like Bruce, he has to slow down for the camera, when he fights at normal speed it looks like a blur. Even Jackie Chan said Jet is exceptional.

And people say racism was just a color thing..look at two countries who basically had the same color of skin looked very alike in looks and size but hated each other mostly the Japanese were at fault

Silly scene. They attack him one at a time. Then he beats the Samurai to a pulp. That creates no drama - it's just silly.
SO this is sequel to fearless. That was filmed of course after this. xD but it is the same that died - the master that portrayed by also jet li was poisoned during his last fight - with the samurai ( portrayed much more noble )
