what i had to do is remove my thermostat and throttle back the intake valve that comes from the jet pump, at idle only a small amount of water will come out but at full throttle the preasure change at the pump is much higher so u have to balance how much water vs your motor temp. my valve is 1/4 turn open from completely shut and my motor is at about 160 degrees no water comes out of the headers until the preasure is high enough to open that valve. best to do this at the dock tied up

how much were all the jet parts ? im getting one in the next week ........ did you see much of an improvement ?

@1690edgington ps do not exceed 16 psi on water preassure in your motor you will blow your head gaskets they cannot take high preassures thats why your radiator cap will pop at 16 psi in your car thats why i took out my thermostat it would not open until i got to temp but the lake water was so cold it would close and build to much preasure even with a preasure relif valve installed if you look at my rebuild video u can see my pump is highly modified so be careful with your motor
