Jesse's Parents Evict Him | Down | Breaking Bad

Ойын-сауық

I'm guessing Breaking Bad would look a lot different if they dealt speed instead of meth.
Season 2 Episode 4 - Down: Walt and Jesse appear to be in the clear, but now face trouble on their respective home fronts. Walt finds it's difficult to reconnect with Skyler and the rest of his family, while Jesse's parents kick him out of their house.

Breaking Bad follows protagonist Walter White (Bryan Cranston), a chemistry teacher who lives in New Mexico with his wife (Anna Gunn) and teenage son (RJ Mitte) who has cerebral palsy. White is diagnosed with Stage III cancer and given a prognosis of two years left to live. With a new sense of fearlessness based on his medical prognosis, and a desire to secure his family's financial security, White chooses to enter a dangerous world of drugs and crime and ascends to power in the world. The series explores how a fatal diagnosis such as White's releases a typical man from the daily concerns and constraints of normal society and follows his transformation from mild family man to a kingpin of the drug trade.

If they hadn't kicked Jesse out, Jesse wouldn't have met Jane, and as a result, she wouldn't have relapsed into drugs, and she wouldn't have died, and her father wouldn't have gone catatonic, and those planes wouldn't have crashed into each other. Technically, hitlers grandfather did lead to the holocaust happening, although it is not his fault. These are just ideas and concepts we don’t make many conclusions on, they are often used for thought experiments. Plus, this was about a specific event and the impacts it had on a much wider scale. Your example barely applies, its more like “Hitler’s grandfather was saved early in life by an accidental organ transplant list mishap. I wonder how many lives were killed by that mistake”

@@fatherjimothy1834 But in reality, everyone of those events would not have happened if the cause prior didn't have the effect they did after. Or at the very least, it would be unlikely to see the same issue as the scenario was very variable specific, and those variables would be entirely changed by the lack of the previous events. Example, maybe Jane relapses still, it would be likely another time, or at least very unlikely to be the same time, which would also mean the dad may have had the weekend off already, or even if his events were the same, there may not have been two planes that close to a collusion, that also didn't see each other. A lot of variables lined up for that final event, but change any one and it's enough to change so much of the down river effects that result in more changes to the later effects so much more. Ie, change the timing, and even the people certain people meet/interact with can change, from being somewhere on a different persons schedule for work etc. Each of those changes reduce the certainty of the later changes by uncalculatable amounts, especially as they cascade through later changes that also change the equation themselves base don how THAT change was altered. lol
