Jack Lazor gives the Butterworks herd a fresh swath of grass, Sept. 12, 2013.
This grass makes their legendary yogurt.
Jack and Anne Lazor are old friends and generous mentors of mine.
The electric fence is not hot and the cows know it but they pretend not to.

It is true and this is the point of beauty of this breed of cows.
I’m Montagnard indigenous I love animals especially cows.
They sure loved the fresh grass!
I think electric short in cable??
May i know the type of grass they ar feeding?

It’s a mix of orchard grass, Timothy, red and white clover.
