Incredible, Sure brings me back to when I was a kid hearing these records coming out of the console stereo cabinet, at full volume. They'll never be another Jerry Vale, not even close.

You certainly know your music, I agree with you, there will never be another Jerry Vale, his vocal range and control and discipline he exerted over his voice is incomparable, as Jerry Lewis said after Jerry's performance on the Jerry Lewis Telethon, JERRY IS THE BEST OF THE BEST, how true.

Sang Oh Sole Mio in a restaurant near me. When I studied Opera I would put on Jerry's music and sing all these songs to my mother. Loved him and his magical voice.

Never heard ANYONE sing "Torna a Surriento" (Come Back to Sorrento) like Jerry Vale! Not even Pavarotti, Caruso--NOBODY!! His version is breathtaking--your heart will melt into the ocean!!

@@vincentanthony6751 I seen Gary Puckett and he had a meet & greet after the show, I actually hung out with him bullshitting a while, took pictures, got an autographed shirt and CD, he was the nicest guy. He had one of the greatest voices of all time IMO and definitely sung some of my favorite songs 🎵 ❤️ I seen Sinatra in 91 for his Diamond Jubilee tour at MSG and then a couple of times after that at Radio City.

Vale had a much better singing voice than Frank Sinatra. He should've led a more public, interesting life, multiple marriages, had the mob beat people up for him, etc. so that people would believe he'd actually lived those songs.
