jerma having adhd for 4 and a half minutes

ok so i put this together because i think its cool that my favorite streamer has adhd like me, & i couldnt find any distinctly adhd clips/compilations so i simply did it myself. the subtitles are baked into the video because the original site i put it on doesn't have a closed captions feature, so sorry if thts distracting--accessibility for HoH people & people with audio processing issues is more important to me than sleekness! comment ur favorite jerma adhd moment so i can track it down & put it into the next compilation (unsure when that would be made bcos IRL is fucked right now but yannow). heart emoji
-
[BTW i also run subtitledjerma on tumblr & originally posted this on my blog (transcoutf2) so if uve seen this on tumblr dont worry]
[if you clown in the comments i will either remove it or correct u bcos we are NOT doing any youtube comments section bullshit 2day. love and light]

pog this is a good compilation! one of the adhd jerma moments that i related to was in one of his recent flash game streams (while playing the impossible quiz) where he was like "do you guys ever just do the thing where you know you should go to sleep and your whole body is telling you to go the fuck to sleep, you just need to put away the iPad or whatever and do it, and you don't because going to sleep is just too boring" (not an exact quote). and like, god yeah that's one of the most relatable things I've ever heard, thats executive dysfunction babey

With being hard of hearing, that could be because of damage to the ear. With ADHD and autism, it's because of the way our brains are wired. What it means is we often don't process something that was said until a little while after the fact. Subtitles are immensely useful for that reason, because we can read instead of constantly rewinding to understand something.

It is so refreshing to see content of a public figure who also had adhd like myself any many others in the comments. I mean I do not even have words for how my brain works but jerma screaming and saying he forgot everything he was just doing is too accurate to not comment something. Thank You for uploading this I mean it is hilarious and incredibly accurate.

2:25 fully relate to that. Even my teachers noticed and wanted to teach me how to control my eyes. And the fact I had this problem of my eyes moving fast. I look at a line, normally some would follow the line but me my eyes bolted to the end

Y'know, I didn't even realise that Jerma has ADHD. That's kinda neat I guess. Was there enough information out there on his channels all this time and it slipped by me?

it's mostly common knowledge, he talked about it on a reddit thread and occasionally references it when he streams. If you google "jerma adhd reddit" or "jerma things I don't like" he talks about it there

I didn't know he admitted to having ADHD but if you watch enough of his streams or highlights it becomes pretty obvious.

@@LordVader1094 people relate to it if they suffer from the same condition, its sort of soothing to know your favorite creators have the same thing like you and share it on the internet

Wow the music part is literally what I do all the time, I can't listen to music AND do something else, I just get super confused an either really focus on the music and get distracted or I just try tofocus on the otherthing and the music just messes me up and I have to turn it off lol
