  I tried Jerma985's Watch a Movie Technique that I Don't Give a Fuck About with a random movie on KZread(The Contract) and holy fucking shit, it timed perfectly with the end credits of the movie. I have no FUCKING clue what was going on, but it did get me through the whole movie!! Thanks Jeremiah 😊

  I have a sweater that perfectly encapsulates what it’s like to have adhd It says “ADHD Highway to- OH LOOK A SQUIRREL” all in AC/DC font lmao It fits me perfectly I focus on one thing I see something else I forget what I was doing before ADHD 10/10, would definitely recommend getting diagnosed with it
