I don't know a single person who has ever been into motocross, that hasn't tried to emulate that beautiful baritone with their voice. Some bar owner should do a motocross karaoke night. I'm afraid to sing in public, but if it was motocross night, they'd have to yank me off the stage.

(I was thumbs up #50) Yeah, go check out the _1996 Motocross Des Nations from Jerez, Spain_ which featured a _Team USA_ Sweep _team USA_ members being Steve Lampson (American Honda Factory Team 1996 Honda CR125R), Jeremy McGrath (American Honda Factory Team 1996 Honda CR250R) & Jeff Emig (American Kawasaki Factory Team 1996 Kawasaki KX500)... when I first started watching this, I wondered why they didn’t put Jeremy on a Honda CR500, but Jeremy was presumably the captain of the team & the most dominant racer of the 3, which explains why I’m the first moto (which was 125cc & 500cc racers) both Steve Lampson & Sebastian Tortelli passed Jeff Emigs KX500 (Lampson on a CR125R & Tortelli on a KX125...)

Saw him in Tampa Stadium years ago. That night a local radio station gave away 5 or 6 kids bicycles and the winning children got to ride on the track during intermission. My son won a bicycle that night and it had MX style handlebars with a padded cross brace attatched. When Jeremy McGrath won the main event that evening my family met him in the pit area. I asked him if he would sign the crossbar bad on my sons bicycle and he did ! Then he pulled the Renthal crossbar pad off his motorcycle ( 250 Honda ) and signed it also and handed it to my boy. Jeremy McGrath is a class act. Thank you SHOWTIME !!!!!

It would be very interesting to see all the little tricks they would have came up with. I think for a 2 stoke to be modern it would need something like traction control. I've had plenty of 450's and I have had plenty of 500's too. I now have a CR500AF that I built. The 2 stroke spins as its more powerful. The 4 stoke puts the power to the ground better. That sport is amazing. How do they get use to flying in the air that high and far. It’s seems like every after they are use to it at some point it would still freak them out. And the physical part of riding like that seems impossible but there doing it. They have to be the most fit athletes to do that. Their balls to the walls the whole time. Lots of respect for these athletes because is very entertaining to watch.

F you ever have an opportunity to see a super Ross event live you should definitely do it. There is nothing like seeing it in person.
