14:55 - it's sort of fun that back in 1995 Clarkson was criticising Japan's ability to design aesthetically pleasing cars - I look back at the nineties now, and of the cars released that decade that I still find beautiful to this day, I think almost every single one of them is Japanese. Eg. the Mark IV Supra, RX-7, S2000, etc. The style language the Japanese were using in their car design in the nineties was exquisite: soft lines and curves, compact, beautiful silhouettes, perfectly proportioned and minimalist; no fussy details. The Skyline is an exception really, because it's so boxy and conventional looking...yet it still has a certain something that other western cars of a similar silhouette didn't have. A kind of aggressiveness, and sleekness. It's a shame that the new, 21st century revamps of Japanese icons have tended to be either dull or hideous.
